If you like getting pampered, this is the place. Of course you pay for that pampering, but just saying. Had a 16th floor view of the ocean..Had a kitchenette and an in-room laundry which since we were in Hawaii for 9 nights proved very convenient. Couch pulled out into a bed which we needed for one night. not the most comfortable couch to sit on and the chair back was too straight up to sit comfortably. The only in-room coffee was the Nespresso machine but no full coffee maker. But after that it was great with the awesome view. Street noise was prevalent even on the 16th floor because it reverberated off of the surrounding tall buildings. But I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect location with a great staff and food. They do need a sundries store however. A place to get ice cream or desert wouldn’t hurt either. Very comfortable and beautiful hotel. Would gladly stay there again.

Location: convenient to everywhere in Waikiki, but it gets noisy at night
Food: breakfast has many choices, but I found rotten redberries and grape tomatoes more than once during our stay.
Room service is slow. Give extra time for it.

I loved how the lobby is on the 6 th floor offering stunning views of the sunset to all guests. The staff are incredible, top notch extremely accommodating. The hotel is super classy. This was our second stay over the past 5 years, we will return again.

Internet says $40 a day for valet with unlimited access when I got the bill it was $80 a day that is not right

The swimming pool is a little bit small, and the choice of restaurants is limited. Other than these, everything was perfect. The room size is huge and every staff was very friendly. The building is relatively new.

The hotel is great but the services is not impressive. I paid in advance for breakfast for two. The services for breakfast were horrible. I asked for two orders of tea, I would received one. I ordered eggs omelette, I received something different or it will arrive 30 minutes later.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was just okay, with a few notable disappointments.
Firstly, I found that the hotel's overall appearance and amenities were a bit dated. While everything was acceptable, it was clear that some updates and renovations were needed to bring the hotel up to modern standards.
However, my biggest disappointment came from the lack of assistance from the bell desk when we were leaving. Despite there being several staff members present, they seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping guests. This was particularly frustrating as we had a lot of luggage and were traveling with children and seniors. One staff member even failed to stop a van that was approaching while we were walking to our own vehicle. This lack of assistance and disregard for guest safety is completely unacceptable.
Despite these issues, there were some positive aspects of our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, and the customer service we received at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient for our needs.

It’s a very beautiful property and the staff is amazing. The one complaint I have is all the hidden fees. They charge you more than they tell you. I supposedly paid in full, then got charged over $300 when checking out for “fees”. Pretty upsetting

Staff and their hospitality were great. Hotel was clean and organized. Beds are very comfortable.
The only minor issue was the coffee maker, it is not good to use for more than 1 person at a time. Coffee packets were weak. But overall it was amazing.
