Just blocks from ultra-noisy and busy Bourbon street, this tiny little group of brick-lined cottages provides a quaint and quiet respite from the typical French Quarter hotels. With a room larger than most, a courtyard with a pool and plenty of extra amenities, this "hotel," all containing one room first floor "cottages" was a delightful alternative arrangement. We are happy we stayed.

This was my second stay at Audubon Cottages and everything was on point. The Butler was extremely helpful and kind, even meeting us in the rain to transfer our luggage. Our room was clean and the housekeepers were so sweet. The bed was ultra comfy. Probably the best part of the hotel is that you feel as if you are in an oasis in the middle of the Quarter. Close enough to walk to everything and private behind the walls. This hotel is exceptional in every way and I cannot wait to return.

Great little courtyard in the Quarter. The room decor is 3-4 stars and could be much better, but is right for the price. Being able to have a 2Br cottage with a bathroom g LR is really - 5 star experience.

Audubon Cottages were absolutely perfect. We couldn't believe how quiet and hidden away we were, while still being in the center of the French Quarter. The gardens, pool and cottages are all beautifully maintained and Jeffery has the best dining recommendations!

Cottage 5 was beautiful! Loved sitting by the pool in the morning. Jeffrey called me in car, on way to property saying he would be in front of gate on Dauphine St to assist me. He helped with my luggage, and made sure that I was not waiting on street. He made checking in so easy. Thank you Jeffrey also for the excellent restaurant recommendations! Brian does an awesome job in making the courtyard look magical. Whenever I return home to New Orleans, I can't imagine staying anywhere else but the Audobon Cottages! Again, thank you so much!

Great out of the way cottage in the middle of the French Quarter. Think there are 7 cottages around a central pool. Convenient but relaxing which is difficult to find right in the heart of Nola.

This is an amazingly good property. Only 7 rooms and 12 beds. The small pool is great and the whole property is a great retreat from the craziness on Bourbon Street just a block away.

Excellent location and atmosphere. Comfortable, private, and quiet. We felt like we had the place all to ourselves. The courtyard was beautiful and the pool was perfect after our walks on warm days. If we return to NOLA we’ll stay at the cottages. So charming!

Beautiful private property! The walkway through the front doors is breathtaking! Perfect location, not far from Bourbon St. Staff was amazing too, Brian and Jeffrey’s recommendations were worth the visit. We’ll definitely be returning.

This was a great oasis in the busy French Quarter. Perfect location with easy walkable access to the area and with a much more unique experience than staying in a larger hotel. Jeffrey and Brian were very helpful with food recommendations in the area that we would never have found on our own and offered a welcome drink when we arrived. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the cottages!

Perfect location for our Mardi Gras weekend. Staff was super amazing. Jeffrey especially went out of his way to give us recommendations of great places to eat. We loved our cottage and would have taken advantage of the pool had weather been warmer.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet place close to so much. Beware of booking through Hotels.com though..... book through Audubon Cottages directly to avoid hidden charges upon checkout that were not included in booking price. And probably a good idea to confirm FULL price with AC before you check in.

Cottage did not get cleaned AT ALL during our stay. Coffee maker didn’t work. Burned out bulbs in every room multiple in each bathroom. No one at facility when we arrived to let us in. Having a “luxury” listing means all of these details should not go un noticed. Upon our arrival, the cottage was not properly cleaned. Furniture dusty. Cheez its on the coffee table. Just overall dirty.

This was the real gem i was hoping it to be. Very private and quiet from the street. Wonderful amenities and very helpful staff. Beautifully updated, inside and out, with gorgeous landscaping. Fantastic location!!!

The hotel was lovely and quiet. Savannah was very welcoming and showed us to our room. She recommended a couple of restaurants that ended up being great picks. The pool was very nice after a long walk. We would definitely come back.

This is a very unique property, most of the rooms are suites with multiple bedrooms. I found it by happenstance, but plan on returning with some girlfriends for some friends time once it is safe to do so.

I rarely complete reviews but having stayed at the Audubon Cottages I felt I must share my views! The cottages are an oasis of calm in a fantastic city. The Butler service provided, especially by Maria was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was extremely welcome at the end of a busy day. I would recommend any of the cottages highly.
