The hotel was fine. Clean, decent location, but loud. You could hear all the noises from the hallway, and the beds are loud. Breakfast was decent. I was shocked by the $10 parking fee. We've stayed in numerous hotels in Springdale and never had an extra parking fee. We won't stay here again, mainly because there are better options.

Nice location, friendly staff. Only minor hiccups. They didn't have a room ready for us at the check in time. Also we used the search filter to have book a hotel with a pool, but they only had an outdoor pool that was closed.

This is a great location near the park! The room was spacious and the view was remarkable.

Great overall stay. Only negative for me was soap and shampoo ran out and there were no replacements on hand. Awesome, location and friendly staff! Would stay here again.

Really enjoyed the common area for hanging out and having drinks. The shower was a bit slow. Comfortable bed, pillows, and room.

Despite a warm greeting upon arrival, our stay was awful enough that we left a day early. Our room was incredibly loud - every step in the hallway or any rooms around us sounded like we were inside a gymnasium in the middle of a basketball game. Seriously. Our 'suite' was basically a small conference room with a pointless table/counter dividing the bed from an area that contained an extremely uncomfortable couch that we ended up putting our luggage and clothing on since we could not use the closet because the sliding doors kept coming off track. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable, and when we tried to shower off a bad night's sleep we experienced major water temp fluctuations which I guess served the purpose of waking us up, if I am trying to find a silver lining...Upon leaving, I asked if we could be spared the final day of parking fees -- yes, even though there are no other available options for parking, Hilton insists on squeezing guests for another $10 a day -- and I was told that they couldn't give me an answer about that, that I would need to go through the third party booking provider AND that they also could not give me a receipt for my stay, that would also have to come from orbitz. If you are looking for any form of hospitality or comfort, this is not the place for you.

This is an excellent hotel, the shuttle has a stop just in front, location is excellent and service as well.

Our stay at the property was overall pleasant. Great location, amenities, etc. Breakfast was decent enough. My only gripe was the listing stating "Free Self Parking" but the property charged me $40. Apparently the policy changed, but the listing was never updated. Expedia resolved the issue.

This property is nested up against Zion National Park. The sunsets were breathtaking. The town has a shuttle to the park, which makes it so easy to take in all of the trails. They were decorating for Christmas, it was tastefully festive.

The hotel is clean. Breakfast is good with many varieties. They always have water, coffee, and tea available 24h. The receptionist named Shelly is super nice and friendly. The hotel has a fire pit outside near the pool. Our kids asked if they can make some s’mores. Shelly went beyond and bought the crackers, marshmallows and the burning stick on her own to share with us. We truly appreciate you, Shelly! We had a great time and definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Stay we’re very friendly and courteous. Nice to have hot tea and fresh cold water in the lobby. My only complaint was there thermostat was set too high. It felt hot in the room.
