Excellent customer service and care. Very clean rooms and hotel areas. Friendly staff. Good food. Would recommend to everyone.

This is a hidden gem Dont know what I expected…. Maybe a standard motel? I picked this Place because of High rating and convenient 15 minutes close to the airport. And I was certainly not disappointed, there were absolutely a good reason for the High rating. Clean room, welcome gift for everyone In the party (chips and water) and a breakfast with a little bit more than the normal standard breakfast. Loved the waffles shaped as Texas. Haven Inn are the Place to go after or before a Flight.

Front office and staff were extremely professional and friendly! At check in, they offered us bottled water and 2 (individual) chip bags. Requested and received 1 room with 2 king size beds. We check everything when checking in to our room for cleanliness. They’re well lit, sheets on both beds were clean, and it had hot and great water pressure in the shower. The only improvements I could suggest would be at least 2 shampoo samples bc they’re tiny. We had brought some just in case. As well as more options for the breakfast would be nice. Considering it was free with stay, it was alright. They had fruit, make your own waffles, microwave burritos, cereal, bread for toast, tator tots, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage links, and instant oatmeal packets. The outside property was well taken care of and lit. Property is monitored. It seemed safe, and we had no issues. Thank you for your hospitality, and we will stay again if in the area.

People and staff extremely nice and friendly

It was my first time traveling to Texas for Hell Heroes festival! My friends & I appreciate the hospitality & the service is great. The breakfast is good. Thank you! Definitely recommend staying in a cozy place.

The only problem we had was the people upstairs were so loud. We could hear them stimping around and yelling. Hotel is located off interstate but we couldnt hear anything, so that was nice

Almost left because the card reader kept declining my card. She chased me out to my car to suggest tap instead. It worked for that. Just a frustrating teck issue. She wasnt really the nicest either

The property definitely felt well cared for. The staff were nice and inviting. The morning breakfast is your basic included fare and it served the purpose. The room was clean and well kept. For the value I would come back to stay here.

It’s was nice but y’all advertise a pool an the pool was in maintenance that’s something y’all should let us know befor we book plus the curtains in the room we’re being help by thumbtacks

We've booked here a few times and each experience, thankfully has been great! The room we booked each time was clean, well-kept, and quiet. We really enjoyed the space in the room. There was more than enough space to maneuvers, so it wasnt cluttered. The shower was nice and clean. The shower head even had a ln indicator light that showed whether the water was hot, cold, or warm. Upon check-in staff was quick and friendly. They offer guest chips and water as a token of their appreciation. We'll definitely book here again if need be.

Good, friendly staff and room seems quite nice and clean for it's price. Area outside on the property could look a little cleaner, though.

Love this place , had good breakfast, very clean, they had lots of amenities in the room such as toothbrush & toothpaste,shaving cream. They welcome you with water & chips as you check in. Check in was fast. Will stay here again

Excellent friendly staff & service. Our refrigerator was not working they promptly switched it out for a workable one. Complimentary breakfast is the best ! Cameras throughout make it feel safer. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in town.

Friendly people from the greeting to the check out. Breakfast was amazing! Room was clean and comfortable. My husband was impressed by the frig/ freezer. He said it was the biggest he has seen in any hotel room. Recommend to friends and family.

The cleanliness and newness of my room and of the property was pleasantly surprising! What was very unique was that the front desk was generous with providing guests with water and snacks! Very generous. I saw children and adults alike take advantage of this and was very kind of the staff at the front desk. The complimentary breakfast from 0630-0930 was delicious! I can’t say anything bad about my two nights here! Lovely stay.

Everything was great except for the noise from the highway and our would open on it's own without a key or turning the handle
