The hotel was nice and very clean. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was great. The gentleman they had there working the grill was wonderful he interacted with everyone. My only complaint was that they placed our room next to a family with screaming kids. You could hear everything. There weren’t many people staying at the hotel, I felt that was avoidable.

The pool was cloudy with multiple chunks of hair in it. The garbage by the elevators smelled disgusting. Furniture was very worn.

I stayed for one night and it was good to relax in a comfy bed. The room was nice. The only thing I would change is the lighting and how the bed was positioned other than that it was a good stay. I love the complementary breakfast. You can request to have them make your own omelet or eggs. The staff is friendly over here.

We travel a lot- this is at the bottom of our hotels. (We have stayed at some peaches…) Staff did nothing to make our stay easier (we hoped to check in an hour early due to our state gymnastic competition). They offered a the pool bathroom to get changed. All rooms needed cleaning before we could check in- Well- that didn’t happen. Stains on the rugs, stains on the wall covering, crumbs left on the nightstands. Room was spacious and kids enjoyed- but I would never stay there and would never recommend to another traveler.

Overall a great experience. There were a few minor things we had to request from housekeeping such as towels and coffee cups but they were very helpful.

Beautiful hotel with many amenities. Very clean but rooms were extremely hot which made it not comfortable and you could not turn the heat down, nor did the windows open. I turned the heat off on the thermostat but it did not make a difference. I wish the room temperature could be adjusted to guests liking.

Was charged double for this stay. Used a gift card to book on Hotels.com & hotel charged me again for the same night. Still wait to hear about my refund for being over charged. Rooms were extremely hot and you could not adjust the temperature which made it uncomfortable, especially when sleeping.

Had another great staycation at Embassy Suites! Room was clean and comfortable. The welcome reception was nice with complimentary snacks and beverages. Enjoyed the pool, and breakfast buffet in the morning had lots of great selections (and the friendliest cook at the omelet station!)

Staff was great and very friendly. Mall is a short safe walk away which is great! Room was clean which is always nice. Only complaint was floor around pool was a little dirty but I am a clean freak. Definitely will stay there again!

The first front desk reception clerk we had was Not very pleasant. However the send front desk reception clerk we encountered was amazing. The room was beautiful and spacious and the beds were so comfy. The pool was on the small side but warm so the kids loved it. The chef was the icing on the top though. The breakfast special was amazing and he was so energetic.

Expedia charged my credit card for the room. Then I got to the hotel and the girl said she was just putting accidental holds on my card. I check my statement today and Embassy charged me also. Then when I called to correct it they wanted to argue to I didnt pay expedia yet. Whole place inside and out smelled like marijuana.

Very nice hotel, new, clean and modern. Great sized room for family of 4 and the happy hour was a nice surprise bonus. Great location as we were there for the destiny 🇺🇸 mall. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was very spacious and fitted our little group quite well. I was a bit disappointed to find that the sofa bed I was supposed to sleep on wasn’t changed and after pulled off the sheets there were tiny black curly hairs (ew). But the breakfast was great - honestly some of the best I have had and the hotel accommodated my requests.

Great location, friendly staff, nice style. Could be a bit cleaner and room wasn’t properly stocked. Empty bottles with hair left on them from previous guests and many areas haven’t been cleaned like the chairs.

We stayed at the location because it is right across the street from the Destiny Mall. It makes it so easy to shop, walk over to the hotel for a short break then walk back to the mall. The room was comfortable (we did turn the ac on because we were super warm after walking around the mall). The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and even an option to have eggs cooked to order. We did have two things that bothered us slightly. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, especially the bathroom. Also, upon returning to the hotel in the evening there were several smokers just outside the main entrance which gave a bit of a smoke cloud to walk through to enter. We have stayed at this location before and will stay again.

Staff could not find Hilton reservation in their system sent from Expedia. Check in was delayed. Confirmation notification from Expedia did not clearly indicate what the Hilton confirmation number was. The suite is cramped and the carpeting and furniture show signs of wear. Lighting in the bedroom is inadequate.

The breakfast, which is included at no charge, is the best hotel breakfast I have ever had! The gentleman working the omelet station is very enteraining! The staff is pleasant and kind.

Fridge was too small and not cold. Another one was delivered to the room after complaining. It worked much better and was larger. For 4 people, the tiny fridge is too small. Neither fridge had a freezer section so I had to take my ice packs down to the desk to re-freeze overnight. They were very nice about freezing them and then I picked them up in the morning to put back in our cooler. There are not enough easily accessible electrical outlets to plug in cell phones, iPad's etc. The one behind the couch is not in a good place. The couch is atrociously heavy to move. It would have been ideal to have 4 outlets behind the TV so charging devices could be sitting on the small shelf under the TV. Many hotels nowadays have receptacles for USB plugs on the base of table lamps and maybe the bedroom ones had some but we were short of places to plug in things. Cocktail hour edibles were a joke! Salsa, tortillas, potato salad (which was delicious but they ran out by 6 PM), a few vegs and dip. We expected some hot hors d'oevres at the least. Drinks were great and enjoyed by the group. Bottled water was a great idea but they would only give us 2 bottles each time we asked and then told me on Saturday that it's 2 bottles at check-in not daily. How are 4 visitors supposed to share 2 bottles of water? Over the 3 days, we did get a few more but they ran out on Friday. There were only 2 packets of coffee in the room when we got there and we had to ask for more, which they gav

Usually when I stay here it’s perfect and I’ve been here several times when visiting family. This time the woman I checked in with was not the least bit friendly. When I got to the room to shower there was hair ALLLLL over the walls and the tile had some type of grit like sand on it. The pillow also had a TON of hair all over it and very visible oil spots. Pillow cases were definitely not changed. So disgusting. Not what I expected from a Hilton and almost $300 a night.

I didn't enjoy spending over350 per room to have a rude front counter desk clerk only to go to the room and find someone else's pubic hair in the bath tub and on the floor and when I spoke to the clerk ignore me and get snotty and rude. When we asked if we could have rooms close to each other again she was very nasty in her response. The whole thing leaves a bad taste and we won't be going back. Four ladies treated very poorly. So If you want to stay in a clean hotel this is not it.

My husband and I stay here during our yearly trip to Syracuse. It’s great to be able to walk to the mall and you’re only 5 minutes from downtown. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly. The omelette bar in the mornings is amazing!
