The walls were very thin, no carpet so you hear everything! All 3 nights of our stay - the people directly above us began to “have a party or an aerobics class at 3 am” this went on until 5 or 6am when it was time for my family to get up! My daughter plays club volleyball and didn’t get the appropriate rest she needed! Very exhausting! When I alerted the staff they didn’t offer to give us other accommodations or offer any discounts, very disappointed and unsatisfactory, esp for the amount of money I paid to stay

We arrived after 10pm. There were others checking in. Only one desk clerk so it took some time.
The shade was drawn in the room, so we didn’t notice until tos morning that it is broken and won’t go back up. So the room is really dark.
The staff is very friendly

Our stay would've been great if the receptionist would've moved my family and i into another room to accommodate us from the room temperature. Apparently the thermostat was malfunctioning and it was 16 Celsius(60°) I reported that her, receptionist and she came over / looked @the thermostat/ said the man that can help out should arrive later tonight, ill let him know when he arrives. I asked " what time would that be? She said " sometime tonight" NOT!!! It didnt happen. I was cold, i literally slept with my jacket, thick pair of sock....oh my word!!! I stayed up as late as i could and i dosed off, waiting for the maintenance man. He NEVER arrived, poor idiot, gullible me.

Love staying at Tru hotels. They are all the same, clean, consistent, friendly staff, great service, and a decent included breakfast. I can’t say enough good things about Tru.

We liked the lobby areas, the dining for breakfast was great, and took advantage of the gym and coffee in the lobby. The room had scuffs on the wall, an “interesting” smell we masked in cologne, and the pillows were not our favorite. But the transportation to and from the airport was constantly running, plenty of parking, and some great working remote areas in the lobby.

The hotel is nice enough for an overnight stay before catching a flight. Its location close to the airport is nice. Shuttle was on time, and the driver was friendly.
My main disappointment was the cost to park while we were gone. Online says free parking, which is true for the nights you stay. It’s $10/night to leave it which surprised me. Maybe I missed the fine print somewhere, but I booked here when deciding between other locations because of reading free parking

This has to be one of the newest, nicest cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Very impressed!!!

Stayed here on a business trip and I was surprised how homey the room felt! Like a tiny apartment. Amenities in the kitchen (dishware for two and dishwasher with tablets) and bathroom, desk, dresser, chair, lots of space in the kind bed room. Fitness center was clean and functional with cardio equipment, free weights, and mats. Will def stay here again.

There are a LOT of families with kids that stay here. We had literal foot races above us into the late hours and back at it again at 6 am.

Great hotel by the airport if you’re in a pinch. The shuttle bus driver and front desk girl were very nice and helpful.

Our stay was nice, found warm cookies and plenty of tea and coffee. It was a nice little place for an over night stay.

The hotel lobby was decent, it's designed pretty good and unique.
Our room was pretty small, two queen beds and that was about it. There were show prints all over one of the walls, the only one that was white.
I am pretty sure the walls are cardboard, we heard everything, someone walking down the hall, the drunk idiot girl laughing, everything.
The bed was very uncomfortable and arguably the worst pillows I have ever used.
