This hotel is excellent for its price. It exceeded my expectations. Located close to shops and restaurants. Maybe about 15 minutes away from Zona Romantica.

Only stayed one night but it was nice. The staff very friendly and helpful room was ready for us early and they allowed us access. Very close to the Malecon which is why we booked. Looks small from the outside but it is a large hotel. Love to stay here again.

Staying at Loft Hotel Malecon was by far one of the best hotel stays of my life. Everything is so clean, spacious, modern yet so cozy and inviting. The staff are so friendly, helpful, courteous, so pleasant and unforgettable. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely come back to Puerto Vallarta and stay at Loft again!

The hotel is under remodeling, just to keep in mind. The room was clean and beautiful. It faced the malecon so a little loud at night. Overall a good stay.

Right in the center of town. Can hear the loudness of the city but I was able to sleep thru it. Nice being walking distance to most and only a short Uber away.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had a lovely room overlooking the park. Very close to everything. The only issue is the street noise, but I overcame that with time.

We had a wonderful stay at Loft Hotel Malecon. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, right next to the boardwalk and fun neighborhoods in Puerta Vallarta. However, since it is located in such a busy area, it can be noisy.

We booked a queen bed online, Showed up at 10:30 a.m to register for room. We understood no check in until 3 p.m.
We came back to the hotel to get a room with two single beds, They changed rooms and the next room had been day used. It was late at night so we used the room that had been day used and not properly cleaned.

We got ripped off as our room has not been renovated compared to our friend's room.
Very old furniture holes and rips everywhere. Bed's not comfy old mattresses. In general not worth it the money paid for.
Go somewhere else or ask for a renovated room.

Great place, close to the Malecon. Friendly staff. Beds were hard. I called the front desk for a few items and they said they’d bring them up but did not. The newer part of the hotel is really nice but one room in particular, 215 my eyes were burning when I entered the room. No window either. Must be the glue & chemicals in the new products perhaps. Also I believe room 126 smells of sewage. We had family staying in several rooms is how I know this. No issues with my room, (112). Even with these issues I would stay there again, just not in those rooms mentioned above.

I like this hotel because it’s a little more on the modern side compare to other hotels in the area. It does not have a pool. Hopefully in the near future they plan on one. Also, the septic tank is located outside the hotel which made our room smell every so often. Other than that, the staff were very friendly, helpful, very clean, wifi worked well and the area felt very safe.

This hotel is very close to the Malecon. We were very pleased with our room, and it had a full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster and microwave in the small kitchenette.

Great location with friendly staff. Stayed for a week in January. Food places everywhere close, Malecón 100 meters away, nice beach 10 minute walk. Firm mattress and good pillows, AC worked great and was quiet. I stayed in a room in the interior so it was super quiet at night but no view. Shower pressure was a little weak but the water was almost hot, I’d stay there again

Listing specifically said parking onsite. Others in same city said "limited parking" or "parking available on request", etc.
Turns out parking is extremely limited and we lost 2 hours of our first night waiting for a call from the garage attendant telling us a space had finally opened up.
Next morning at 8am very loud music played by staff serving breakfast that ear plugs couldn't block. The bass was literally vibrating the walls.

We had the 2 twin bed room. Lots of walking and long halls to get to room. No window to the outside for a view or fresh air. GREAT cable TV was able to watch the NFL football games. This is the best thing about it. The beds were hard. There was a step up into the bathroom. My husband said it felt like a hostel almost.

My stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thought I would need ear plugs, but it was quiet. It was very clean. They air conditioning worked well. I smoke so they allowed me to smoke out on my deck which saved me the time of having to down stairs and outside each time. There was a safe in my room which made me comfortable leaving my valuables unattended. I’m a vegan. There were 4 places within walking distance. Also many other places to eat for everyone.I stayed from November 21st to the 28th 2023. I thought check out was at 5:00pm, but it was noon. Have friends close by so it wasn’t much of an issue. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very conviniently located, el malecon is right across the street, food options are all over the place, hotel is new under construction but very nice.

Pretty bare bones. No coffee, no hair dryer,no windows, no bed side lamp. Air conditioning unit in bedroom so outer room was a steam bath. When bedroom door closed no light except bright ceiling light.

It rained one day and the room leaked however, the staff was helpful in placing us in another room to sleep for the night.

The property is new brand, facilities worked well. The only small issue is some noise from other guests that are near from the patio. There's another issue that the staff handled well. There was an issue that I had with a customer next to me, the customer had loud music in his room after 10 pm. The staff asked to turnd down the music after three tries the customer finally did. Overall the place is gorgeous and convenient.

This was a wonderful hotel in the heart of everything. I read reviews before I got there and it’s nothing like the reviews.
Plenty of hot water - wasn’t loud, maybe because we were in the middle of the hotel. It was perfect! Would stay here over and over.
There is an OXXO right across the street and a Starbucks right outside the hotel.
Wonderful taco spot right on the side. Can’t say enough.

The staff were great, cleaned when we asked them to do so, which was fine. Convenient location as it is very close to the Malacon, but it could be noisy with traffic especially on a holiday weekend. Take ear plugs. The shower was either hot or cold and wasted a lot of water trying to regulate. We missed having a pool, but the beach is two blocks away. Lots of restaurants close by, none in the hotel. Overall a really good stay!

This small suite was in such a good location and at such a good price that I really cannot complain about the incredibly loud vehicles and persons that went past our door all night long. My wife was less positive than I was, but that is because the noise kept her awake a lot. So-in the circumstances it was a good experience for me. The Malecon starts a short block from our door, the ocean is a block from our door, there is every type of great food experience within about 5 blocks, including fabulous craft beer breweries just as good as at home. There is great hiking nearby, the the buses will take you all over for under a dollar. I recommend it with the appropriate caveats mentioned above.

Very much false advertising when it came to the Expedia room! I cannot believe they call this a hotel room. They show the new rooms in their advertising but stick you literally in the back parking lot. Very sketchy!!!
