This is a great place to stay within walking distance to downtown. We originally called to see if they were able to store our luggage since we arrived early and they were able to get us in since our room was ready. Everyone was so nice and inviting. The only thing i would say is minor issues with the door handle was loose and bed was definitely well used, should be replaced.

It was a fun place to stay. Great accomodations. Not so great communication regarding codes to get into the parking lot. Annoying.

No attendant/receptionist was at the front desk when we arrived and my wife stood there for at least ten, perhaps fifteen minutes waiting. She tried calling in to see if she could get ahold of someone, but a call to reception went to voicemail and when she called the other contact number, that person's phone was on behind the reception counter.
As it happened, I waited in our car on the street while she was inside, so shortly before a receptionist showed up to help her check-in, I saw a golf cart bearing the Mint House logo come down the street - from where I know not - and go through the parking lot gate. There were three young people in the cart. I suspect one was the receptionist, and I'm thinking there can't have been much going on on a Sunday that would call for three employees to be away from the property.
We tried logging on to the internet per the instructions. No joy after several tries. So eventually the receptionist had us log in via admin's connection.
As we were inspecting the apartment, I looked in on the HVAC unit. The filter was pretty badly in need of changing, so we called in to reception and they said they would take care of it. If they did, it was after we left.
I noticed that the carpet in front of the sofa had a largish rent in the center. The rent was under the coffee table, so it didn't affect our stay, but I felt you might want to know.
Finally, there's a slick spot in front of the middle bedroom window - about the width of the window.

Lala at the front desk was delightful and so helpful and welcoming.
We were more than impressed with our room and the whole experience.

The front desk workers were very helpful!

What a great place to stay!! Its within walking of Broadway (about 10-15min walk). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Tommy at the front desk went way above and beyond to help us. He really is a supurb employee who showed us the southern hospitality.

Love the contactless check-in / entry. Super convenient to the business end of Broadway. We parked the car and forgot about driving for two glorious days.

Great location. Very spacious. Girl at the front desk was very helpful.

Our stay couldn't have been any better! The staff were so friendly, the studio was spotless and spacious. The only downside is that it's just a bit of a walk from Broadway, but nothing that can't be done. This is actually the old Federal Reserve which has been converted to rental units. Very cool! I would 100% recommend.

Nothing major because you don't go out of town to just sit in the room and watch TV, but it wouldn't keep working properly was having difficulties with Netflix I believe

15 minute walk to the heart of Nashville (Broadway and 5th) Amenities in room were great, including washer and dryer! Separate bedroom and living room area. Staff were more than helpful.

There literally was a vault in my room!
So cool
The rooms are large, contemporary, and near everything, while being outside of the Broadway craziness!!
Cool place!!!

It was cool staying here. Liked it a lot and would stay again. The room was a little bit too cold for our liking. Maybe a stay in the summer would be better.

Friendly staff. Fully furnished apartment was stylish and practical. Would stay here next time I’m in town.

What a fabulous place!! It’s easily walkable to Broadway but far enough away from the nightlife noise. Highly recommend!!!

Great room, great location- little issue with code working but the person working helped get it fixed

Love this property. Already recommended it to friends visiting from Texas.

Our apt was very nice, if a little industrial looking. Could have used a floor lamp for some softer lighting in the living room, and the toilet seat needs to be replaced.

Neat concept for hotel. Loved the industrial look!
However, it is ridiculous to have a 2 bedroom with only one bathroom located in the master bedroom. Also, the only bathroom had a very dangerously deep bathtub that was very difficult to climb in and out of. Not sure I would stay here again with my family.

Excellent staff at the front. Totally cool property. Comfortable. Good location (would be better for walking if we had not come in winter !)

A very nice spot...I enjoyed it thoroughly. I definitely plan on going back...and hopefully experience some of the other properties The Mint has in other locations.

We loved our stay at Mint House at the Reserve - Nashville during our long weekend and New Years celebration. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The property was secure - including gated parking. Restaurants, shops, bars, and local entertainment were in walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean for when you want to unwind after a long day on your feet. We will definitely be back!

It was a great place to stay in Nashville because of good accesses, a clean room, and easy communication.

Location, style, ease of access, security, staff, cleanliness were all off the charts excellent. Our favorite Expedia/vacation accommodation in a long time.

Everything was great about the unit and the property. The only thing I would change is the parking which is $ 40 a night and that should be pointed out during the reservations.

We absolutely love our studio apartment/hotel everything was exactly like it showed on website.. patio was nice with an amazing view of the city especially at night, kitchen fully equipped, everything was great.. only hiccup was our TV we couldn’t get the regular Chanel’s on our tv like abc, fox nor nbc.. it kept showing my tv channel when we clicked on the station we wanted to watch, so didn’t get to watch our football games that we really wanted to watch, LaLa the front desk lady was super nice we loved her communication & she also came down to our studio apt room 108 to try & fix our TV for us but we where unsuccessful at fixing it she also reached out to the maintenance person who sent her the steps to fix she tried her hardest & we really appreciate her for trying.. we did watch other Chanel’s & movies so we made the best of it.. only other thing I personally think the $40 parking a night is a bit much $20 a night would have been great seeing that we are staying on the property anyway . overall very satisfied with our stay & the property
Thanks McClain

This property is a hidden gem. If you were driving by and didn’t know it was Mint House, you could possibly miss it. The outside doesn’t do it justice of what you could expect on the inside.
I made a weekend trip to visit Tennessee for the first time and I wasn’t disappointed. I rented a car and the location is close to everything. Even when I had to go outside of the downtown area, nothing was too far away.
I loved the gated and secure parking. Others may have an issue with the $40/day fee, but in that downtown area, for any hotel, you’ll be paying much more. I wouldn’t know guests were there unless I saw them because it was very quiet. We were in a 1 bedroom apartment. It was spacious, clean, and the bed and sofa bed are comfortable as well. Also very open and bright, with tall ceilings and natural light… not like the average hotel. You have everything you need to have in a full kitchen except food, but Publix supermarket and others are close by if you need to stock up for a longer stay. Coffee and tea bar items are available in the apartments and lobby.
I have a special thank you to Lala who addressed my one and only issue minutes after learning of it. She was prompt and made sure that it was handled properly and satisfactorily. To my point, customer service is top tier!
I’m sure I’ll be visiting Nashville again and I would love to stay at Mint House on my return visit.

We LOVED our stay at the Mint in Nashville. The hotel was lovely, our room was perfect and it was an easy walk for us to go to our concert at the Ryman.

The only knock I have on the property is the $40 per night parking fee, that’s outrageous! You already have to pay for parking just about everywhere you go. Other than that the stay was outstanding, the location was outstanding, and the surrounding restaurants and attractions were nice. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back but please fix that parking fee!!

Loved the room, location and the fun experience of staying
at a old Federal Reserve Bank. Only issue was the heater did not work very well in room 318. Was really cold at night. they try to fix it, it worked for a few hours but quit working again. Other than we loved this place.
