Our stay was for a funeral. We needed 2 separate spaces so our 3 yr old Could sleep while we stayed awake. That was good

Really friendly staff. Love the personalization of the name on the TV. clean rooms, only complaint was bar needed to stock up on food. Breakfast was great!

The noise carryover from the floor above us (occupied by elephants :)) was ridiculous. Construction also a factor on our last morning but that wasn’t to blame the majority of our long weekend stay.

The hotel let us have an eqrlt check-in, which was much appreciated! Everyone was wonderful. We went to the bar in the evening and had great service. The room was large and well spread out.

I like Homewood because we always get a suite. It is nice when having the bed in a separate room in case someone is in the kitchen or watching tv, it will not disturb the ones that want to sleep. They always have good breakfast. And a swimming pool is a plus for the little ones.

Great hotel with beautiful rooms and beds. The only issue was that we reserved a shuttle ride to the airport at 3:40 am and they overbooked it (promised 12 spots to 14 people) so we had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the next shuttle. If the security line wasn't quick we could have missed our plane. So they need to be more careful with promising shuttle rides at specific time to too many guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance of the lobby, great amenities, satisfying breakfast, and friendly staff. Check-in was a breeze, beds are comfortable and the kitchenette is great! My kids and I had a blast here and felt at home. Will definitely book again.

The tub was rusted and we didn’t want to Put our bare feet in the tub. Someone had spit on the walls in the elevator. Called the front desk and they stated they would handle it. Also, have to pay 15 dollars to park overnight by a third party company. Even-though you paid no space is guaranteed ifnfilled.

There was a whole in our blankets. Shower drain was clogged. Literally had to unclog it myself after tell the front desk about it. Blood on my towels that were supposed to be clean, they were just folded up to hide it. Blood was on the floors but covered by the trash can.

Evan, the person who checked us in, was wonderful! SO KIND and so helpful! We got in around 1:30am and he helped us kindly and was very thoughtful. The next morning, housekeeping woke us up by knocking two different times. There was no sign to put out on the door, so they were 'just checking' to see if we checked out. BEAUTIFUL ROOM, Great beds, lovely stay other than housekeeping waking us up with jet lag!

Overall the establishment was clean & welcoming. Unfortunately, the front desk staff, were not so welcoming. For a brief moment I felt I was being discriminated for my ethnicity.

At one in the morning they gave me the key to a room that was occupied and then they gave me a room with a sofa bed. Either they refunded my money or they sent me back to the airport. and I was with my two children.
