Excellent stay… I have the overall stay a 4 instead of a 5 only because only one elevator was in service which made for a longer wait during high traffic times.

All the staff we interacted with were very accommodating and nice. The property itself was ok if not looking at anything too closely. Appears to be a poorly executed remodel job in some areas. Spa was still advertised and signage was still up even though it had been filled in with concrete. No breakfast available as they had no staff for the 3 days we were there.

It was a great experience. The lady that checked us in was extremely friendly. The room was nice and clean. I loved the glass shower and the bath products, as well as the blackout curtain.

It was a pretty good stay. My boyfriend and I had a good time. I only have three complaints really, the shower head in the bathroom has such a strong pressure. It literally feels like you're being pelted by the water.
Two, there were some stains on the sheets of our bed. Not big ones, just two small stains. And three, the walls are pretty thin. Could hear neighbors on both sides of us.
Otherwise, good stay.

In our room, there was industrial glue in the shower and the silicone was starting to seperate from the tiles and shower pan. We didn't inform the staff as we arrived really late and needed to sleep. I'm sure it would've been corrected or a new room assigned did we had mentioned it which is why I am still rating 4 stars

Check in was very quick and was given excellent information at check in. Room was cleaned daily which is not normal these days but much appreciated. Beds were comfortable and room temp was easy to control. Would stay here again.

Hotel was clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is a little far from shopping, but only 10-15 mins from the stadium.

Property is well maintained and has great options to eat at their restaurant Toasty toast. Charging station is available for electric cars in hotel parking lot. Only 15 drive from downtown.

The hotel itself was very nice. It was right next to worlds of fun and several places to eat. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. The only issue that I had was that they did not clean mine or my wife’s room while we were gone. I went up to the front desk and the worker had no idea why they skipped our room. We did not have a sign on our door to ask them to come back later; but even if we did, they should’ve came back. The front desk worker apologized several times and gave us a free breakfast. It would’ve been a great stay if they would’ve just cleaned our room

The room next door had at least 2 dogs in it that barked all night, we didn’t sleep at all, when I was telling the front desk someone else came up and confirmed what I was saying, we were not offered any refund.

The first room smelled like a sewerage and the first desk moved us the transportation if you are not renting a car is poor to impossible

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was awesome! I liked that you had the option to buy the breakfast, it was very worth it when booking the room.

Offered free breakfast voucher to change rooms and help accommodate other guests during A/C issue; then charged us for that breakfast. Annoying…and after I called to question card charge.
Seemed understaffed which impacted responsiveness and overall service level.

Nice room, friendly staff and very clean. But only option for breakfast was to pay extra at their restaurant. I expected some sort of provided breakfast for a room that cost over $200/night.

Wanted to get dinner at the hotel but the restaurant was not open at 4:00, the time advertised. There were many people waiting for it to open.
Other than that, nice place to stay.

This is a well taken care of property. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds, very clean, and the staff were pleasant. The thing that made this just OK, was the breaker for our lights and tv kept tripping (3 times). Two of the times it was good that I was still awake because my husband was already asleep and needs CPAP at night. It could have been very bad if the the breaker tripped and we didn’t know.

This hotel is wonderful! It’s brand new and well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. Only stayed here one night but would definitely stay again next time I am in KC!
