Th. My room was very clean and was also very well put together. Everything was in great working order. The staff was also a pleasure to deal with. They were all very professional and were very helpful.

Staying at this hotel was a horrible experience. The first room we had was nice but outside the window was a fan that sounded like an 18-wheeler idling. We changed rooms and were downgraded to a small room with a weird Peloton area that filled half the room. The HVAC was noisy and we didn’t sleep well. We learned that we had to request housekeeping to get our room cleaned. Overall just a very bad experience.

Amazing hotel with great service and amenities. Perfect location in Bozeman.

Our room was not clean at all. It was very dirty with stuff stuck to the walls, the carpet looked like it hadn’t ever been vaccumed.

Great stay! Perfect location in downtown. Very clean and comfortable stay.

Really good stay. A few things were missing-we found a bottle cap in our sheets and towels were frayed. No hotel robes. The rooms was comfortable and otherwise clean. The front desk staff were very helpful.

Room was beautiful and clean, smelled clean. Felt very comfortable the whole time. Heated pool on the rooftop was a great way to end our stay.

So far there's nothing I don't like. Food at Sky Shed is good and ample. I also like the wine hour.

Excellent restaurants and bars. Rooftop swimming pool is beautiful.

Our room wasn’t in great shape, wallpaper in bathroom was peeling. There were fingernail clippings on the bathroom counter so it didn’t appear to have been well cleaned.

Great location. Great amenities.

Our stay was wonderful. It was short, but we had time to enjoy the live music on Saturday and the rooftop bar as well. Both were very nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. Taylor double checked that we were not accidentally double charged. Main Street was just around the corner, which made shopping and eating a breeze. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bozeman!

We've stayed here for years. We love the proximity to Main Street and also the rooftop Sky Shed as well as the basement Tune Up for live music.
Unfortunately the property is feeling a little tired. Originally it was beautifully decorated but the staff does not seem to pay attention to details. During our recent stay, the front desk staff seemed to be lacking in customer service. The housekeeping has also wained over the years. It's unfortunate since the Armory has always been our favorite hotel in Bozeman.

Loved the condition of the room and the proximity to good dining options.

Great! Employees so helpful and kind! Very clean.

Staff was awesome from front desk to doorman and housekeeping. Hotel was nicely done but the cost per room was sub par compared to other hotels that charge similarly. We had 6 rooms and our was by far the smallest and most chopped up compared to other rooms, very disappointing to say the least.

The $35 charge to check out of the hotel from my in room TV was way over the top, but the hotel was very nice. Just let me know what my room charge is and quit putting these ridiculous fees on the customers. I hate scams like that.

Parking not good! Amenities fee of 35 not worth it

Second visit. Great location

Our room was dirty dog hair and stains inside fridge and for 500 a night I wouldve expected it more clean. The valet staff was very nice and the bar staff was amazing the front desk staff acted like they didn't know what they were doing as well as looked as if they hated their jobs. We were forgotten waiting for valet and my bestfriend was stuck in the elevator for over an hour while fire trucks had to go in and fish her out. Quite upsetting and traumatizing.

Great location with easy walking to beautiful downtown Bozeman. Front desk staff member that I had to deal with was very rude and not helpful. Rate was too high.

Everything was great!

The hotel was great. My complaint is that there is a $35/day 'resort fee' that was undisclosed. As all hotels do they take a card for incidentals. At no time during booking or check in was I told there would be 'resort fees'. This is actually ridiculous because it is not a resort - it is a hotel. I am not sure what the fee is for other than a way to collect more money.

The rooms were nice, bed was comfortable, however the view was a brick wall and the garbage truck came early in morning.

Many reviews I read stated this place was OK but the price was on the high side. I would agree.
It was clean and in a great location. The rooftop pool is nice and heated but was small and did have splashing kids every time we went. The rooftop bar is also nice. The rooms are clean but small, the bathrooms are laid out nicely with good water pressure in the shower.
First impression was not good. We got in late, pulled up to valet but no one came out. So we found a small attached parking lot that had a 2 hour limit. Hauled our bags in (and up a flight of stairs to the lobby) without an offer of assistance. Asked the night team about places for parking and got the answer of "we valet for $40" repeatedly and quite rudely. We were just asking about other options, I realize the hotel wants it's valet money but man there are nicer ways to answer the question.
In the room, we could hear loud coughing through the vents, apparently confirmed covid in 2 rooms, but we were assured each room has its own filter.
I'll say the hotel is nice enough and we had pleasant interactions with staff after that first night. But it is wildly expensive for what you get. Add in $40 a night for parking (no close options for lots or garages we could find) and a $35 a night "amenity" fee (for... The pool I guess??) and you're looking at over $500 a night. This is not worth that. I've stayed in big name luxury hotels that are 100% nice for less. Your Mileage may vary.

This hotel is beautiful, it is updated and very clean! I can’t say enough about how friendly and attentive the door men and valets are! It is conveniently located in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The only downside was our room was located in the back of the hotel facing the alleyway. We were woken early (5:30-6am) on several mornings to the sound of the garbage and recycling companies emptying dumpsters as well as delivery trucks. I suggest asking for a room towards the front of the building if at all possible.

Other than we had to wait for our room upon check in and they stated we would be notified when it was ready. Which we were not notified, we checked on the status of the hotel after an hour and a half. The stay was overall very good. I would still stay at the hotel.

I patiently waited for the ahhh haaaa moment for the price we paid for the room but was very disappointed in the value received over the over-priced accommodation.
