This hotel is really a gem in the center of PV. A modern, stylish, clean well equipped hotel. Great security and helpful staff. Modern design elements, and functional. Nice on site café. There co-working facilities, but the hotel is great without those features.
Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, the only downside was you could hear doors opening and closing at night because the walls were thin. Also, there was no window in the non river view room, but it didn't bother us.

Would give 5 stars but the nice, clean, modern room was very small. OK for a night or two. Easy walk to malecon. 100 yards to the shopping island.

Brand new, very clean and modern hotel.. However, the rooms were very very small.. not even room for a chair, so be prepared for that! only two very small drawers for clothes.. I paid for a room with a double bed, but had a room with a small bed, I was told at the front desk that there’s a discrepancy between English and Spanish in the use of descriptions of beds, which I thought was kind of weird since I paid for a double bed room. Having said that the room was quiet with a nice ceiling, fan and good air conditioning, and the Riverview was awesome with the door that opened to hear the birds and get some fresh air.. coffee was made in the morning, and there was also a microwave, which unfortunately was broken. Bathroom was nice with lots of hot water in the shower !! You need to request to have your room clean, which is not a problem but the maids did not leave toilet paper or soap, or an extra towel. I had to go to the front desk to ask for that ..All in all this was a good hotel, but I felt very claustrophobic in such a tiny room and I travel for work so I know what a small hotel room is. Lol

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, the bus, Malecon, etc. The front desk staff was welcoming, helpful and had plenty of great recommendations on where to eat. The room was a bit tight but set up as efficiently as possible with the limited space. The hotel had a great vibe and a water filter machine that provides hot, room temperature and cold water quickly. Immaculate hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hotel was nice. It is also a cowork hotel so there is work space available upstairs for computers, zoom calls, etc.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I wish the rims came equipped with a small refrigerator to store cold water and sodas. They provided two small water bottles in the room and in a seating area in the hall there is a water dispenser the supports hot, cold, and room temp water dispensing. Unfortunately a couple times the dispenser didn't seem to have water, but when i let the front desk know they promptly reset the machine. Apparently a water level sensor was confused. After it happened a couple times the front desk told me that they've ordered a replacement machine.
I didn't view this as a big issue. This can happen. I was impressed with how quickly the front desk staff addressed the issues. Every time i needed something from them they were available and quickly addressed my need.
The staff is very friendly. Most of the time there were a couple people making the desk. I never had to wait.
I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

I stayed for 6 nights, I put the please clean room sign on my door everyday and it was only cleaned once. 1 out of 6 days,very poor service by housekeeping, would not stay again.

Had a very nice stay. Rooms are nicely appointed, and staff is pleasant. Location is convenient. The lack of daily maid service (even when asked) was a little annoying. Probably won't stay again, but had no real problems - excellent introduction to the area.

The Joint Boutique Hotel is now my favorite place to stay when i'm in Puerto Vallarta. The staff is incredible and property is top notch. AND on the trips when I have to work, the virtual office space/offices are perfect!

This hotel was perfect for us. The room was nice and clean and perfect for what we needed. Beautiful location and staff were very friendly and helpful. Most things were walking distance from this hotel and we are looking forward to our next stay here.

I liked: The hotel's location was convenient very close to the beach and reataurants. Staff is friendly. Overall is was a pleasant stay despite some inconvenients but it was worth the stay.
I didn't like: that the tv wasn't working. The room we booked was smaller tham we expected. Not very many drawers to put clothes in. Some nights I could hear people screaming and cars on the busy atreet but it wasn't too bad. Some of these things are out of their control but there is room for improvement.

Updated facilities and central location. Small rooms, but very clean and well appointed. First floor on the river was nice ( a tad noisy at night - city noise), AC worked well and staff was pleasant.

World Famous Melecon Strip 7 mins walk from the Hotel. Excellent affordable price.

My room was small but modern and had everything I needed for the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't use their spa or gym, but everything seemed really nice. I would definitely stay there again.

As a meticulous and active solo traveler, I am keen to the little things that matter. I must say this place check all the boxes price, safety, professionalism and etc. Definitely wil be staying again as I encourage other who are optimistic and or curious!

The hotel was in a great location, close to great restaurants. The room is small, but doable as we did not come to PV to stay in a hotel room. The room was clean, great shower! The staff were friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

This is a very old run down building at the back, old hostel perhaps but wonderful front end that has been renovated and perfect l9cation as far as im concerned.

Excellent stay! The room was very comfortable and modern. It had all the amenities that I needed. The coffee and water in the inside lobby were added bonuses! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and there were a lot of great spaces to work or just relax. I would definitely stay here again!

We got a windowless room! Thankfully we only stayed one night but we would never have booked here if we had known that. Definitely paid too much for the standard. Nowhere in our booking, nor on the website is that mentioned. All photos on the website show rooms with windows too. Beware, there were other windowless rooms in this hotel.
