Overall, it was a comfortable apartment for a single person like myself. The layout was good. Not far from shopping and local buses. The gas hob had an extractor hood over it. You are in an authentic Mexican neighbourhood including some of the sounds.
The apartment was on the 3rd floor and only accessible by using the stairs but, I was aware of this when I reserved. There wasn't a toaster machine, no oven just a gas hob. Need more clothes hangers, especially if there are two or more guests. The bathroom shelving and storage were minimal.
