The dining room area features a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee machine, french press and pour over! A variety of K-cups, cream and sugar are provided. A table that seats up to 8 so you can enjoy a meal together or play games while catching up! The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous! All appliances are included and are stainless steel. In addition to the kitchen, living room and dining room, the main floor also features a half bath off the kitchen/dining room area. The solid oak staircase leads up to the second floor of the home which has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable King size bed and an on suite full size bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two comfy queen size beds and the third bedroom is also equipped with a queen size bed. There is an additional large bathroom in the hallway easily accessible to all guests on the second floor. All rooms have closet space with hangers to store your items. The Boulevard offers two full size bathrooms both with bathtubs. Each bathroom is stocked with hand soap and luxury shower products which include Tommy Bahama shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Each guest is provided with one large bath towel and one wash cloth per guest. Hand towels and make-up towels are also provided for convenience. Parking is included via a private driveway that will fit two large vehicles or three smaller vehicles. Free street parking in front of the home is also available.
