Exceptional

The communication with our guest was very good, we found quickly the apartment, the parking was free in front of the apartment, we walked 10 minutes to go to center, was very clean, a big room and bathroom.

Overall Croatia isn’t worth the money you spend there. No beautiful beaches, not kind people and everything is expensive

Inside one of the rooms was a smell powerfull cigarettes smell (and I am a smoker myself) The property it’s like an on garage transformed into apartaments.

Clean sheets, comfty beds, clean bathroom

Small room, no spoons, tea cups, no basic tools to make a small breakfast. We called the host and he was kind enough to bring what we have asked.

Great location that is close to old town, value for money and communication with staff

Courtyard seemed a little bit dodgy at night, one of our rooms smelt like cigarettes on arrival. Additional beds were great but a bit hard

The property was clean and had everything we needed. It was a easy walk to the old town and located within a 5min walk to the bus station, where you can get the bus to the airport.

Enjoyed our stay

Location to port area. Location to good restaurant and bakery. Location to bus station and ferry boat Also the owner made sure someone was there at the airport even though our flight was two hours late!!

Excellent location! Close to everything. Easy stroll to Old Town and the restaurants and shops. (Literally a 5 min walk!) The room is very clean and comfortable well appointed with all the necessary amenities. Marin is a super friendly and courteous host, as well as very helpful. He is easy to approach and answers all your questions quickly. Would definitely recommend City Hall. Wish I was staying longer as I only booked for one night before leaving on a tour.

Everything was as described.

- Lack of hot water. The boiler was either small or malfunctioning, so after one of our group had a shower, it was only cold water for some hours. Safe did not work. Battery dead?

Quiet, Centrally Located, Great amenities

Russ and his team were very supportive to accommodate my early arrival and delivery of the keys. Check in was simple, and check out was even easier. The entrance and location is secluded with a Coffee Cafe immediately outside your door. If I ever travel, this would be a venue I would absolutely choose again.

Hot Water could have had a bit more water for a lengthy shower, but overall was very hot and could be used by one person. Multiple uses would yield a colder shower for the second person

5min away from the center. nice inside, comfortable bed.

there is free parking near apartment, but it is always more then full. I was lucky and find the place, but later for some time couldn't drive away, because of other cars "well parking"

Good location, but a bit crammed

It was close to our breakfast restaurants. Free parking in front of the apartment. Loved the huge mirror. Everything looked quite modern, just as in the pictures, although crammed.

Everything was really crammed, we barely had any space to put our luggage. We eventually started putting everything on the bed. The hair dryer was broken. It was a bit noisy because there was a restaurant next to it. There was no cutlery. I think the name of our apartment was Goran.

Perfect stay in Split

We had very cozy and clean apartment, in perfect location, very close to the city center - at most 5 minutes walk, were welcomed by the host Marin, very kind man, thank you for all recommendations.

The only thing we didn't like was the window view, view like from the basement.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect! The apartment is super clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and silent. We were able to park at the small street in front of it, for free (but there are lots of parking slots around). It is just a short waking distance from the Golden Gate and from the port, so you can leave the car and take a walk. The owner is very supportive, kind and nice. Will recommend to everyone!
