If issues arise during your stay, you'll have to communicate promptly with us. Good communication between us (the host) and the guest is important for successful stays. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we are reaching out to resolve an issue. 2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies. 3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved 4. Follow state laws when using fire pit 5. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors. 6. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200. 7.For dogs: 7.1 We don't allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies. No cats allowed. 7.2 If bringing a pet, pet fee of $75 per is required. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request of payment. 7.3 Please clean up after your dog (pick up your dog's poop) 7.4 No pets allowed on furniture or beds. 8. For noise complaints 8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out. 8.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 9. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning. Follow all check-out procedures: 1. Take out all trash 2. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher) Note: * A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the carpet). All damages will also be charged to guest. * Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200. *Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
