Just bought. The house has been updated kitchen. Other parts of the house have been updated as well. Brand new furniture and pictures have been put up and it is available now! This house will be close to everything at its centrally-located place in Rapid City. It is within 15 minutes of Bear County, Reptile Garden, Watiki Water Park and 30 minutes from Mt Rushmore. Only 15 minutes from the airport, it is couple blocks away from the historic and charming downtown area. There you can walk to find delicious dining options, shopping centers and awide varity of facsinating museums. Also, there is a coffee shop right next door to the house that can make you a delicious latte and a breakfast bagel in the morning!!! - Spearfish, Deadwood, and Sturgis within 40 minutes - Custer State Park, Mt. Rushmore, and Crazy Horse in 30 mins - A little over an hour to the Badlands National Park - WaTiki Water Park and The Reptile Garden are within 15 minutes - This spacious home sleeps 12 comfortably with the option to double up in the double bed(Bunk Bed Room) for up to 13 guests - Cuddle up and watch a movie in the downstairs where the sofa converts into a bed - There is plenty of parking between the driveway, garage, and alley parking next to the garage

Great little city, nice place to stay and a good time

Very comfortable beds & the linens were very soft. Quiet inside even when you're on a busy street. Worked great for us.

Loved the home, we had plenty of space for our group of 9, 4 of which were all under the age of 9. The basement was perfect for them to hang out at night and while we cooked upstairs. The location was great, about a 10-minute drive to all the attractions we wanted to see in Rapid City, and about a 30-minute drive to Keystone and Mount Rushmore. The road in front of the home was pretty busy, but there was parking provided at the back of the house, which was much more convenient. Everything was very clean and the host was quick to respond to any emails.

The house was located in a centralized spot for many local attractions. Cozy and comfortable with a large table for gatherings and meals.

Overall, the house was pretty much as advertised. Our rating is based on a couple of things. First, we did not understand the house is located on a very busy city street with lots of street noise. The house is an older home and has had some renovations made to it. So, there are the usual issues you might have with an older home. Our trip to Rapid City and the surrounding attractions was one of the best trips we have had.

The only issue we had was that when we arrived, we weren’t able to get in or contact the owner when we checked in even when we did notify them that we would be arriving late at night.
Once we were able to contact the owner to let us in, they were very responsive. We had an issue with the WiFi password and we were able to resolve it quickly.
Overall, it was a good place to stay!
