The bathroom shower the water just trickled out took it quite a while to get warm. Had a hard time getting shampoo out of my hair. The rooms need updated but was clean.

Embassy Suites is known for quality. The 2-room suite was clean and very comfortable. The atrium is tasteful with immense water features. We stayed during a period of severe t-storms and tornado watches, and felt very safe. Barely heard the thunder.
The only thing of note was that the bar and grill was understaffed. The staff working was super hard working and trying their best. The servers were moving non-stop (shout out to our server Brenda who was excellent and kind). That said, the food was quite good, the pizza excellent.
We we're there for a 65th anniversary celebration for our relatives, and staying at the Embassy made it a special weekend indeed.

Stay was good. There was a mix up on our reservation and our keys were turned off after the first day for some reason unknown.

The hotel was OK however it desperately needs to be updated. Who still has double beds should be 2 queens, lamps are very old and dusty, couch was old, and you sank into the middle when sitting on either end. Tables in the lounge area in need of replacing or repair.

As with our last several stays with you it has been a pleasure. A special thanks to Ethan at your front desk--a credit to your staff. Breakfasts are super. We'll be back.

Our original room had no hot water. The lady at the desk was extremely rude about switching rooms. Once they sent up the engineer it was a faulty handle. We had to pack everything up after unpacking and move to another room. This room the tub would not drain. They sent another engineer up and got it fixed. The manager on duty Cheryl was nothing short of amazing. She mademit right and brought us a wonderful gift basket. Had it not been for her we would've left and asked for a refund. She continually checked in on us the rest of the stay.

Staff were awesome. Very friendly. Room was clean but I questioned the furniture. Especially the chair more than the hide a bed couch. As soon as my adult daughter sat in it, we both had a tremendous flare up of our allergies. We are both allergic to dust.
Other than that our stay was wonderful. Didn’t get an omelet because the line was too long. No big deal.

Bathrooms were dated. Low toilet and shower tiles, fixtures, showing its age. Pool was visibly dirty.

The Friday I checked in was my birthday and so the trip was to celebrate my birthday and my daughter’s birthday early the hotel was so amazing well definitely return

The sheets and towels were stained as well as the shower in the first room backed up and sink clogged (they say it was calcium tht came back up…but it wouldn’t drain it would wash away a little but took forever to drain) in our replacement room. Overall comfy stay wished that I didn’t have those issues. Would book again

Nice family/team stay for a VB Tournament. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Great full breakfast. Appreciative of the airport shuttle. Very nice and accommodating staff. Enjoyed the nice pool area with a little one.

For the exception of the lack of concern to assist my wife and I with extra sheets for our bed, we still love this hotel. As a business man I will not tear down the image of a great business model due to an employee’s behavior. This was our second visit, we will come again, and if the employee mentioned cannot treat us with decency, I will definitely speak with upper management. Thank you.

nice hotel that offers a good breakfast, and free drinks at the bar around 5:30 for adults. Nice rooms easily can fit a family of 6. The breakfast has bacon on the buffet with nice omelet chef. You also have to pay for parking $12 a night which kind of sucks.

Loved this property! Stayed here when we came from California to watch the Chiefs playoff game. Close to shopping and Arrowhead Stadium! Would definitely come back here!

The hotel is close to the airport which is why I booked it. That is where the positives end. There was a piano which blasted music so loudly we could hear it well after 10pm even over our own tv in the room. The walls are paper thin so we could hear everything happening in the room above us and beside us so we barely slept. We decided to try sleeping on the pull out sofa bed to escape the noises in the bedroom side of the room and still the music was playing so loudly it was hard to sleep through that. The carpet was coming unglued and had a big roll in the middle of the floor. There was also trash on the elevator floor that stayed there from our arrival through check out.

We parked our car here for extended stay while we were on vacation. We were shuttled to the airport. Upon return we called the hotel and they informed us there wasn’t a shuttle available for several hours, however they reimbursed our Uber ride back to the hotel. The room was cleaned and they allowed us the check out late. We enjoyed our stay! Will definitely return.

I like the smell of the place as I walked in. I wish you had sandwiches during the week I arrive on a Thursday during lunch and had nothing to buy in the snack store.

Loved the stay. Beautiful hospitality from all the staff. Amazing breakfast. Not the most updated rooms but no complaints on cleanliness. I loved the layout of Embassy Suited with the shared atrium and this one did not disappoint.

Just a trip to catch up with some long time friends. Great location close to the highway. Room was comfortable but found some stuff on the floor from a previous guest. Breakfast was okay but it’s been better. Would stay again just need to be a little detailed when they are cleaning the rooms.

Only reason I gave 4 stars for things was because the room itself felt warm and musty.. other than that, the actual hotel itself was very nice, the staff was friendly and welcoming plus the location was convenient.
