The hotel was very rundown. The hallways in the rooms were dirty. The heat in the room didn’t work nor the fan. There wasn’t enough bedding to put on without heat available in the room. It was extremely loud all through the night. Even though quiet hours were in an effect. Would never stay there again.

Hotel was nice and a good value. (I did book 11 months in advance to get a good rate for eclipse weekend). However first 2 rooms were not cleaned like at all. Toleits were dirty, had dirty sheets in the one and one smelled of wine clearly was a staffing issue as the 3rd room we got was clean and nice. Didn’t stink of wine.

Beds not made. Towels not changed. Dirty floors. No milk at breakfast.

This hotel used to be super nice but unfortunately at this time was not. The staff was super friendly but thats about all they have going for them. We originally checked in and our room was on the second floor when we got there it smelled like cigarette smoke and there was garbage all over the place. We got in the room and the only thing that looked clean was the bed which they advertise as queens but they are barely full sized mattresses. Then our TV didnt work so the agents decided to change our room. The second room was better however the cleanliness of the bathroom was disgusting there was trash under the beds, and the curtains were broken/missing so we had to keep them entirely closed for privacy. The security door on the back exterior of the building didn't lock anyone can walk in, there was material such as rolled carpet, and flooring in the hallway leading to the banquet hall that they pad lock shut each night. Someone literally pooped on the ground outside absolutely disturbing. Unfortunately who ever has ownership of this building needs to reevaluate how hotels work. Its needs to be completely gutted and remodeled. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with children. Its more like a homeless shelter.

Our room looked out over the lobby with an internal window — and all the noise that came with it. Plus the room beside us was blaring (I mean as loud as possible) their tv with kids music on it (little baby bum or a similar show) until we finally asked to change rooms at 11:45pm. I can almost guarantee those kids were alone in that room as well. There were no adult voices and running back and forth (probably also jumping bed to bed) could be heard. We were moved to another room on main floor with updated mattress & extra basic things like a toilet seat lid and ironing board (I know, wow luxury). And around 30-45 min later a group of young people came barreling in down the hallway, drunk off their rockers- dropping & breaking a glass bottle, slamming doors, screaming. This carried on repeatedly for a half hour with no staff intervention. The night staff doesn’t know how to answer the lobby phone either. They admitted this themselves.
We had maybe 3-4 hours sleep before another person with a child was yelling down the hall. This hotel rents rooms for long term stays, that is quite obvious. Their overnight guests should not be roomed beside them. Teenagers on the desk were pleasant at check in but loud when they were fooling around, bored, waiting for shift change. Do not recommend.

This hotel was GROSS. Pool was cloudy, sheets has dirt & stains. Had them change the sheets. Cleanliness was terrible. Domestic happening in a room. I ended up checking out the same evening I checked in. I was not having my family stay there. I want a refund!!

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We found cigarette butts in the washroom. The beds were made, but it seemed like the room wasn’t cleaned. Floors were swept or mopped.

This was the worst hotel with bugs in the room. I was very uncomfortable and paranoid about more bugs being in the room. I killed 2 bugs and saw 2 others that got away. I would have left but i got there so late and was exhausted.

The beds were not made for the 2 nights we were there. The light as you enter the front door was out and not replaced ( yes we mentioned it to the staff). The heater in one of the rooms wasn't working.

The stairwell was extremely dirty and unclean had a very dingy smell the whole way up to the ice machine our comforters were stained and pillowcases as well but that being said it’s what you expect with the cheap price of the hotel

Checkin staff barely looked at me, didn’t ask for any id to verify it was me with my reservation.
Keys didn’t work when returned to room on 2nd evening. Desk staff barely spoke to me, re-did the keys, handed them back. I said thank you and person just looked at me. Very odd.
Hallways had a weird smell.
Room could’ve been updated. The bathroom needs a good clean, toilets stained.
Stayed here before, knew what to expect.

Rooms are not the same as the pictures. Room smelt like stale cigarette smoke

The floor in the first room was sticky and the toilet made a high pitched wine. The second room was under construction. The third room was OK until the fire alarm went off in the hall. 3 in 40 minutes. I do have to say the lady at the front desk was helpful and apologetic.

This place has gone downhill since last visit. It is filthy dirty. The hallway floors are disgustingly dirty. The floors in our room
Were filthy. There were kids running up
And down the halls til late. No adult supervision. The food for breakfast was horrible. Coffee was horrible. The bed was comfy but we had a hard time sleeping because of bugs in the room. This is our last stay here

The room floor was not clean. Also the lobby area was smelling . The staff were really friendly but I did not like the property at all. The property was not worthy enough as the price we paid. The beds were uncomfortable. The rooms were having different odor as if the room is not being frequently used.
I would not reccomend the hotel to any one. The price I paid is $200 canadian dollar however what I got is equal to half price.
