Cockroaches coming out of electrical outlets. Door was bent in at bottom allowing debris from outside come in. Coffee supposed to be available in lobby with breakfast till 9:00am. Coffee was all gone by 7:00am and no one would come to front desk!!!!! Would not even come and check me out!!!!

Stained carpet in my room. Attendant who checked me in was dressed inappropriately for a professional position.
Otherwise clean, secure, good AC, good bathroom amenities, and nice bed and pillows.

The facility was clean, both outside and in. The exterior lighting was bright and we saw a police officer drive thru the quiet area! DEFINITELY RECCOMEND!!!

Exterior appears nice and well-lite. Bed was clean and ok. The rest of the furnishings looked like the result of a dumpster dive. Room was In disrepair, the floor was so sticky and nasty black, I put my shoes on before walking to the bathroom during the night. The property is so close to the interstate and the road noise is nearly unbearable. If it wasn’t total necessity I would have left immediately, but I endured. My wife freaked out seeing a spider in the room, never did kill it, but it could have escaped through the large crack under the door. Clerks at the desk were friendly and the shower water hot. Many more negatives than positives, you decide, or just trust me and avoid this place.

Regularly overbooked, management does not care. Talks down to you, very rude Annoyed that you actually show up and want your room and interrupted their sleep

This is one of the worst hotels on Expedia as as soon as you pull up you will see homeless people sitting outside drinking by people's vehicles. As soon as you walk in the room and turn the light on there are bugs crawling up the wall and if you go to the front desk as I did and spoke to Cassidy she'll tell you oh well if you don't like it you can go somewhere else there's a no-refund policy and you just lost your hundred-dollar deposit although they tell you if they deposit most people don't get it back and there's nowhere on Expedia where it says there's a deposit until you get there so they'll put a hold on your card and it could take up to 15 days to even get that deposit back

Bugs in room…. Bed was definitely broken in and uncomfortable otherwise they needed to do a better job cleaning for next guests to come but otherwise stay was decent. Good area to getting places.

At the time a check in the front Dess lady was very rude told me several times that the other people must not have been doing their job instead if I didn’t like it I could find somewhere else to go.
The rooms were clean and comfortable the basic room as expected everything was fine for that matter.
I then found out there was not a remote control for the TV and no microwave available in the room when I went to the front desk again the lady could not help me she said there wasn’t any extra remotes I would have to do without until maintenance got there and now it’s three days later and still no remote She may need to have some reeducation on customer service but overall the property was good eight minutes from work and I’ll stay again just due to the fact of price and place surely not for her

It was decent however there was no breakfast but a continental only. Front desk could not find envelope for key, and key would not unlock .. had to get them to open door. There was roach near bed and kept me up worried.. the only good thing was convenient to airport but no shuttle .. when less than 5 mins away.
Most hotels I have reserved last two times are poorly run and priced about the same .. not sure if being member has any benefits at this point.

This place was as basic as it gets. Because of COVID, there was nothing in the room, not even a coffee pot. You had to dump your own garbage and the grounds has cigarette butts all over. Not somewhere I would choose to stay again. The staff was accommodating and friendly though. The property needs major work!

*ROACHES!* The motel had so much tiny roaches, all over the room. There were dead roaches all over the room that had been there for days possibly longer. The room had live tiny roaches by the tv, on the walls, on the night stand, on the sink, on the refrigerator, on the bed frame. We complained about the roaches and were moved to the top floor but there was just as many roaches on the top floor as there was on the first floor. We ended up getting zero sleep due to feeling like bugs were crawling on us. It was a terrible experience! This gave new meaning to the term ROACH MOTEL, avoid this location!

Very clean, great decor. Very comfortable bed. But it’s a bigger motel and our room’s door was close to the sidewalk and some domestic fighting was going on for about 15 minutes.
