Wonderful experience at checkin..got to room, nice spaces, but opened drawer and it was full of leftover snacks, even tho housekeeping was right in front of our door. Ceiling fan was super speedy, but was a good overall stay...

I was very disappointed when I checked in. On the website shows parking included. Hotel said this only applies on the night you stay. I had to pay $90.00 All other locations quoted the price per day. I was also told I was a member of the Hilton rewards but since I went through Expedia I get none of the Hilton rewards. When I arrived home the shuttle was not available I was told to purchase an uber bring the receipt for reimbursement Uber does not provide receipts I screen shotted my receipt without the tip because the tip does not show up until the trip is finalized. I did get reimb cash for the trip charge but the tip I was not.

Very nice staff. Sofa needs to be replaced in the room we stayed in. Also carpet very worn. Was surprised that full kitchen did not include oven, only hot plate burners and MW. Had full sized dishwasher. We were there over Christmas and overall had a wonderful stay with our grandchildren.

The hotel was a bit dated. The bathroom was not clean. There was a dirty towel and used soap left in the shower. Also there weren't any blankets in the room for the pull out couch and we had to wait a long time to get one, eventually having to go to front desk over an hour later after asking for it and being told it would be brought to the room. The breakfast selection was ok but tasted good. Overall it wasn't terrible but it wasnt worth the price paid for it. I wouldn't stay there again unless I had no choice.

Staff was very accommodating, kind, professional, and helpful. The room itself was clean, cozy, not fancy but very roomy for one person, bed was very comfortable and soft, TV had decent free channels, and kitchen was loaded with cups, plates, microwave, coffee maker, burner, utensils. Hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Intially had to change rooms twice. First room ceiling light was broken. Second room carpet was torn and ripped.

Excellent stay all around. Comfortable, clean. Lots of outlets. The room was excellent! Decent size refrigerator and table. Nice beds. Had an unexpected family event come up and they were so accommodating with late checkout! I would definitely stay here again.

The room was great. The only issue we had, in room 325 the outside door didn't latch. It got windy during the night and the door kept blowing open. We wedged some toilet paper in, that worked. It may be a bit chilly with colder weather, maybe some attention to it would be good.

This suite was very well designed, it has 2 burners in the kitchen. The bed was incredibly comfortable and had very good lighting. The shower quality was amazing and came with good quality shampoo and conditioner. Comes with free breakfast and the usual amenities. 10/10 would recommend

Very pleased with our stay. Had a free room so was able to spend a little more than usual and picked this property (had a good experience at a nearby location but ha one thing was off so I didn't want to chance that with gf). Not a ton of traffic in this area of North KC/St. Joe is great. Not far from the airport and many planes flew over at night. I dug that. It's an extended stay place and our suite was sweet. Walk into full-size fridge and nice stovetop and microwave we never needed. A small "living room" area with couch and tv, then doors that could be closed to a king-sized bed with another tv. Big closet, pretty big bathroom.
One small stain on sheets that appeared to be just that...a stain so not too worried. Bed curtain thing had some ickier stuff that looked like maybe could be cleaned. We just tucked it under the mattress. Bathroom and all else looked clean. Shower had good hot water and sufficient pressure. I would def stay here again.
Worth noting, this trip was for comedy show a couple miles down road at Zona Rosa. Another great, friendly location. I knew the Waffle House was super close and that was another draw of choosing this location.

Great suite that sleeps 6. The beds were great, but the sleeper couch was horrible. Really needs a new mattress. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was convenient, clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The only issue I experienced was the sparseness of ice machines. We wer on the first floor and the closest machine to us was almost completely across the property and on the next floor.

I tried to talk my husband out of sleeping here. The halls and room smelled. There were stains all over the curtains and so many dead bugs in one of the lampshades. I will never travel without a pack n play. I felt awful putting my sweet baby in that thing, but we didn’t have another choice.

Check in was awesome! Young man at the front was very helpful and friendly. Room was excellent besides the cable was out our entire stay which made for a long night with three kids.

We stayed here with a family of 5 before an early morning flight out of KC. This is our second time in this size room at this location and we will continue to come back; plenty of space for all of us, a kitchenette for a quick early morning snack, close to the airport and friendly staff.

Arrived at 3:20 for them to tell us that they did not have our room ready yet, despite checkin being at 3. Offered us a room on a different floor and declined as we wanted the ground floor with patio. Said they’d call us when they room was ready in about an hour. They called an hour later and check in was smooth and good to go. I was frustrated with having to wait however as we needed the room to get ready and it pushed us behind a little over an hour. Room was great. Amenities were good as was breakfast.

We had king suite with fireplace. Although we didn’t use fireplace it was nice feature. Full kitchen. A plate in the cupboard didn’t get clean in dishwasher apparently and had like pancake batter on the back but over seemed clean. Bed was semi comfortable. The sheets looked clean but I thought they kinda had a dirty smell to the pillowcases but I can’t be sure if my nose was just messed up. Hot breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs bacon and biscuits and gravy. It was good. I would stay here again.

Our 2nd time staying,1st time was way better then our 2nd.We got 2 bedroom and our 1st bedroom a/c barely worked,floors were sticky,breakfast was ehhh.
