Our stay was fantastic. The people that work there were very polite. The room was nice and comfortable. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place.

The man working the front desk began screaming at everyone waiting to check in. No one had said a word about the wait. He started yelling that they been booked for the last few days and that they weren’t finished with rooms. We arrived at 1700 and check in was at 1400. There was a couple screaming and fighting in the room beside us and one family did ask for a refund to find another hotel because of the same issue because their daughter had her SAT’s the next morning. They were treated very poorly by the desk clerk even though they were polite. Nothing was done to remedy the situation of why they were leaving. No matter the reasoning, it was uncalled for fhe clerk to test the customer’s the way he did. We were all waiting patiently.

Room was great. Beds are comfortable. Service was very good. Only complaint is some maintenence as far as painting upkeep in rooms, hallways and elevator area. However, that did not affect our stay.

The toilet seat was broken in the room. The rooms can use an update, there were other cosmetic issues, like stains in the carpet, chips in the tile floor. The shower water never got hot. The staff was really nice, and the location was convenient.

You could hear everything going on in the room, next door, including conversations, or TV. I even could hear the loud noise/music from the room across the hallway. The hallway had a smell of kitty litter as well. The second night was not as bad because no one was in the room next-door to me.

Check in was an easy process, staff was friendly. The property was quite and easy access to the interstate. The room had a few issues, i found two roaches in the room, my 9 year old was locked in the bathroom because the door locked but wouldnt unlock. Had to break him out with a credit card. The entire 3rd floor smelled of Marijuana even though there was no smoking in this location.

This is the second time that we've stayed at this location. Staff is very friendly. The room is very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is very good with lots of options. The property is conveniently located, being only 10 minutes from downtown Greenville and adjacent to Interstate 385 for quick access to surrounding attractions. We intend to stay here again in the future.

We were pleased overall with the hotel and it's amenities. Breakfast had no fruit!
From an Eco-friendly standpoint, too much use of plastics (for example on each and every paper coffee cup, the single serving creamers).
Odd complaint, but the toilet was very short and low to the ground... very uncomfortable and difficult to use.

Property was conveniently located about one mile from the University Center. If you had to, you could walk there from the hotel, but the traffic is immense and little to no sidewalk at times. Room was tidy, small, but tidy. No gym on-site, but they give you a day pass to a local gym about 5 miles away. I would stay again, but I would opt for another hotel with more amenities. Price reflects this. Staff is very friendly.

Run, do not walk, AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I was willing to give it a chance after reading reviews, and upon entering the property, it's dated but not terrible. We got to our room and decided to take a shower before heading out to downtown Greenville. There may as well not have been a door on the shower, there were gaps everywhere and the floor was soaked. After a long day and an early morning we went to bed exhausted. Upon waking up the next morning, we noticed multiple cockroaches on the walls of the room, so I began executing them with my shoe. Before killing them, I had taken pictures to show the front desk. I went downstairs to cancel the remainder of our stay (we had booked 3 nights) and showed the lady at the desk the pictures of the roaches and Informed her we wanted to check out and asked for a refund of the first night as well ( she would not refund me) she told me I would receive a credit for the remaining 2 nights, I have not received my refund as of yet. Would not stay there again if it were free.

Our stay here solidified that this is our new go-to hotel for when we stay in the Greenville area. The room was comfortable with a soft yet supportive bed, roomy shower (not a tiny kid-size type), everything worked as designed, and staff (Antonio) at the front desk were always helpful. We felt safe here and slept quite well.

It served its purpose but smelled like mildew. Sink had dried paint in it. Bathroom paint had been touched up so much that it just needs repainting. Room felt damp. Had a semi truck idling right outside my window all night long. Kept me up most of the night. "Spongy" place in the shower felt like i might fall through. A.c. unit would read a temperature but it was definitely hotter than what it displayed. Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was great! Would i stay there again, yes i would but would prefer a different room. Might should have asked for a different room just to see if there was any change. But its like i said before it served its purpose, the staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was spot on.

Clean facilities with standard hot breakfast. Room is on the smaller side, walls are a little thin, but the bed is comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay and a good value.

They said no smoking in the rooms but when I walked into the hall I smelled weed. I went to tell someone downstairs but no one was at the desk most of the time. I know the price there was good and most of the reviews were good so that it why we stayed but that smelling weed in the hall is not a good impression.

Sleep Inn was as expected, except, there was some music, coming from somewhere and it was annoying, until 2am. Also, barely a "hello" or "thank you" from the staff. Again, as expected from this level of hotel.

This hotel was conveniently located to the places we were visiting. For the money and for a short stay this is a good choice. Amenities include Wi-Fi and free breakfast. Bonus: Krispy Kreme Donuts is right across the street. What we did not like was the noise level. We were on the second floor and heard every footstep from the room above us.

Quiet place to sleep, good breakfast included and they offer shuttle service to the airport which I was not aware of. Bonus!! Just be sure to schedule it at the front desk upon arrival.

The property was clean and the check in staff were very kind. The breakfast was pretty good for the size of the hotel. Just a short drive from downtown. Felt safe staying here solo as a female traveler. The hotel was quiet; however, the walls are a bit thin so you can hear people earlier in the evening. Overall a great experience for the value.

Unfortunately the staff was not very nice, not once was I greeted by anyone sitting at the desk. While the men were working on installing the “new” carpet someone came into my room without my permission several times.
