My wife and I stayed here for a quick weekend get away. If you’re looking for a nice place with a great location to popular areas this is it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go to have a great time. Although if you are used to quiet time at night on a Friday and Saturday this is probably not for you. It can still be noisy but it’s worth the location. We payed for the valet to park our vehicle and I’d say it’s worth the extra cost. Highly recommend this hotel!

It’s a perfect place to stay for the traditional southern hospitality. Special thanks to Harold and Dave at the check in for their local knowledge and recommendations for having a wonderful Mardi Gras.

The location is amazing right in the middle of the French quarter and the business district. We didn't used our car for the whole stay. We walk, we travel by streetcar etc.We definitely found our hotel for New Orleans.

This hotel is in a great location and has so much charm and character. We had a porch/balcony on the 4th floor and really enjoyed the space. This is second time we have stayed here & highly recommend it!

Great convenient location! But broken windows in room. Room smelled so musty! The hotel room air conditioning blew cold air right on the pillows of the bed. Door to bathroom didn’t close.

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was quiet & conveniently located to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly & gave great recommendations on their favorite local spots too.

I would stay here again, it felt safe and gave me the boutique vibe I was aiming to experience.

Nice place. Didn’t know it was there. Biggest downside is having to pay to park everywhere

Unfortunately my spouse was ill for several days. We were well taken care of at voco.

The staff were great! The hotel & surrounding side streets undergoing renos. Rats & cockraches run around at night in the courtyard area between the 2 hotel sides/towers that often is litterered & smells of sewer odour & smoke (it's the property's only smoking area too). Guests have no choice but to go through there to get to the pool, which is very small & cold. After 3 days, we ad to ask for housekeeping to clean our room & bring fresh towels. The hotel is also subject to new building codes so with that, Labor Day long weekend, the Southern Decadence Festival & Garth Broks comcert, the hotel had alot going on. It's well situated & close to everything. The rooms are spacious & have very comfortable beds, but the AC was on way too high. The halways were unbearably cold most of the time. Likely explais why hardly any cold water in the bathroom.sink & shower taps. Front lobby area is beautiful atleast!

Upon arrival valet parking was extremely convenient check-in was quick and welcoming. Room was extremely clean nice offering of hand soap and lotion in the bathroom as well as shampoo conditioner and body wash all natural plant-based. Beds were super comfortable pillows were extremely plush. This hotel is in a great location to be able to walk to and from anywhere you are wanting to visit. We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel check in was great, but the air didn't work. Although my trip was during a heatwave, we were moved twice and two of the rooms had the same problem. Other guests, as I overheard, were having the same problems as well.
If you like cold AC, this isn't the hotel for you.
The managers offered us fans, or another room, which really wasted time. They tried, though.
I really regret the AC problem. Other than that, it wasn't a bad property. There was a small rat problem, but that was in the alley, so it's to be expected.

GREAT LOCATION. WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF EVERYTHING. I’VE BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES. I WOULD SUGGEST SOMETHING BEING DONE IN REGARDS TO THE PATIO OUTSIDE BETWEEN THE TWO BUILDINGS AS WHEN PEOPLE ARE OUT THERE THEY ARE VERY NOISY AND THE SOUND CARRIES TO THE UPPER LEVELS OF THE BUILDINGS. SO WHOEVER HAS A ROOM ON THAT SIDE OF THE PATIO GETS A LOT OF NOISE.

We were very impressed with this hotel and would love to stay there again. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The manager went above and beyond to help with even small requests on several occasions. The hotel lobby and room were always sparkling clean. The location is very convenient and ideal for getting around the city. It's easy walkable to downtown and the French Quarter, but also close to transport for the trolley and buses to Uptown and City Park. The bed was extra comfortable. Can't say enough good things about this place.

This hotel is GORGEOUS. Front sitting area is beautiful. Nice little courtyard in between buildings.
We stayed in a king bed room. Bed was very comfortable. Decor was beautiful. Easy to use A/C. Bathroom was great, good water pressure. Love the removeable shower head (convenient for bathing a toddler).
Big shoutout to the staff for their wonderful customer service, especially Thomas and Aaron. All staff were always smiling and would greet us immediately. Thank you for making our stay so fantastic!

We liked the hotel and its location. Some of the things in the room were a little worn out and needed maintenance. The handles on the wardrobe were broken, the bathroom handle was on backwards, there is a damp patch above the shower. There was a dripping near the elevator. The hotel needs some maintenance.

The staff was excellent especially Harold at the front desk. We didn't like our room being on the first floor and he was able to immediately switch is to a new room. He gave a beautiful history of New Orleans and pointed us to all.the great restaurants and site seeing options. Our room came with a free breakfast which was delicious..menu style not buffet. I would definitely stay here again.

First time in New Orleans. This hotel was the best experience of our trip. We loved the charm of this old building. It was clean and comfortable. But the very best part of this hotel was the staff. They were all amazing but Thomas the bell hop wow. Our family fell in love with his warm caring bright personality. He became our family in the three days we were here. I really hated to leave him behind. Also the bartender Kat, we had such a personal and meaningful conversation and as if we knew each other for years. We made friends on this trip and we will come back and stay here the next time we come to New Orleans.

Clean room, good housekeeping, friendly smiling staff, the older gentleman at the front door made our days there! Only complaints are not much amenities and the shower sliding door was installed backward, we couldn’t reach in to turn the faucets & shower on, we had to climb all the way in, it was very strange

Frank at the bar was the best!! Very nice and helpful with where to go and restaurants to visit!! Harold at the front desk was very nice and very helpful as well!! The guy that was on when we checked in was not helpful at all..he was checked out!!! Overall great place!! Close enough to everything yet far enough for quite time! I would stay again!

Everything was pleasant about our stay! The bed was comfortable, the staff was fantastic, and all was clean and enjoyable. Plus, going to the attached steakhouse, the Chophouse, is worth every penny!

They hotel has a lot of charm. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative for me was the parking. When we arrived there was no valet stand or any place to park in front of the hotel to wait for a valet so we ended up parking a public lot directly across from the hotel, which was convenient because we could see the car from our hotel room window. Overall happy with our stay.

No complimentary breakfast! Paid breakfast which they was short of staff… taking too long to get what you ordered… is better leave the property and eat elsewhere.

Everyone is so nice. The housekeeping service - I have never had better. I travel a lot and I have never had such good service. I will be back and I will stay here again.
