I don't understand why in the + they say soundproof, you can hear everything and everyone. But not too far from the village and the staff was really friendly.

This hotel is in a great part of town. There is shuttle bus to the slopes but we walked one day and it was fine. The rooms are spacious and perfect to be able to make breakfast etc first time we have stayed here in whistler and we will certainly be back. The hot tub is lovely and the pool is a good contrast in temperature. The staff were helpful when we wanted to book places to eat etc. would highly recommend

3rd stay since 2019 and always clean, friendly and quiet. Great location with private shuttle to and from lifts or short walk to the #4 Whistler shuttle bus. Great restaurants nearby as well as Fresh Street Market and other shops, pubs, etc.

Local to Whistler village and shops. Staff friendly. Room needed more storage for clothing, only had hanging space in the wardrobe - no shelves. Good spa facilities

It was a pleasant experience.

Located a block away from the busy and noisy street so it was pretty quiet at night for a good night’s sleep. Enjoyed the stay and love to come back sometime.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are amazing, the rooms are a good size, cozy and clean. Great place to stay without breaking whether it’s a weekend with my girlfriend or for work. I’ve been collecting their little sock monsters when I’m up there. 😂

The property is in a great location, walking to the village is a few minutes, walking to the lift is 10m. There is ample shopping near the hotel, a grocery store is two blocks away and parking in the garage is very convenient.

Everything was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very cozy and it was also nice to have the kitchenette. Complimentary safe ski storage, shuttle to the Excalibur and Whistler Village Gondolas running every 10 minutes. Walking distance to everything. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great location, great stay, distant from the noise but clise enough to walk in. Shuttle was great. Overall will book again. Only issue with the matteress, they were dated and could be upgraded.

There were dogs barking all night I would like my money back!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Room was large and spacious. Quiet, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were very kind and helpful. Location was great. I was skiing, and although, there is a transport option, i opted to walk to the gondolas. It was only about 8 minute boot pack. Bit of a struggle on the way back, but more guilt free calories to consume later.. haha. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

So I like the concept of this hotel with the mini kitchen for families, the spa and pool/hot tub etc., but I do think it would be rated higher if they had a better lobby and a bar area. The hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable. They offer shuttle back and forth to the slopes which is very handy. Overall a reasonable option and also located in North Village which is away from all the loud bars etc.

The hotel is great, I have stayed here before, and it was a good experience again! Needed a relaxing getaway but right in the village this time, it was a very relaxing trip! The staff are wonderful, the front desk staff were all very kind. They were also very accommodating. The bathroom could use some updating and there could’ve been a little more cleaning done in the washroom and a few parts in the bedroom, but it was nothing that was very alarming to us. Overall, the room and hotel was quite neat. I let one of the staff members know that we did not have a working remote for our fireplace, they sent someone upstairs right away to get batteries. Anytime we needed anything to our room, it came very quick. Hotel is right in the village, not at all, unless you heard a dog barking which is totally normal. on the day, we checked in, they slipped a notice under the door, letting us know that the next day the hot water would be off from 11 to 1 PM. Because of this we had to change our plans around as we were going to be in the pool and sauna at that time and then head into the hotel to shower and head out for reservations. I let them know at check out that it was something they should have let guests know ahead of time, like most hotels do. They compensated us for this and was very kind and apologetic. Shows a lot when a hotel takes ownership and is sincere about an apology. Will definitely return to this hotel! Thank you guys!

Fantastic hotel & facilities. Stayed for 7 nights so it was great having the kitchenette, a spacious room and free laundry. The hotel is really well located with some delicious restaurants nearby. Used the jacuzzi everyday, had a lovely massage at Lotus spa after a week of snowboarding. The hotel staff were very accommodating and responded to requests promptly. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others :)

We look forward to staying at Summit Lodge every year and we’re so shocked and disappointed by the terrible customer service experience this year. Sadly won’t be back.
