Uncomfortable

The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. The hotel was clean.

I did not like the rock-hard mattress that killed my back. I could barely get out of bed in the morning due to the uncomfortable mattress. I also did not like the pitch-black hallways with no lights! WTF! Talk about being cheap! They only had motion lights near the elevator. I had to use my flashlight on my cell phone just to see the card entry on my door. I never saw a hotel with no lights in the hallway. I also did not like the noise in the early hours waking me up in the morning. Finally, 2 things made this hotel an overall 2. The friendly staff and cleaning ness of the hotel. If you want to save money then this hotel is ok. However, if you want a better quality hotel then pay the extra money. Like the saying goes you get what you pay for :(

Not happy with the service overall

I liked the location, everything was very clean and the bell button guy Luis has a very good Custormer Service, he made us feel special

Problems with the hot water, I didn’t like the breakfast, it was included in the price but it was very little and the waitress looks angry and didn’t paid attention to our needs

Overall great stay, friendly staff, clean bed and bathroom, and not far from metro.

Breakfast was tasty and had different options. We loved the help from the staff specially from Diego. As soon as we got there, he helped us to checkin and he did not hesitate to give us suggestions for our day after telling him what we had planned. He kindly showed us a map and suggested routes using the metro which was very helpful.

The rooms were smaller than I expected, but bed was super comfortable, ac worked fine, bathroom clean but a little too small for us.

It is good value for money

The staff was very friendly at the reception. I asked for a change of room and they did all they can to make it happen as soon as there was another room available.

To get breakfast you need to ask for a ticket at reception and then go to the restaurant. The hotel is closed to the stadium so it was full of athletes. There were queues for the ticket and then to get breakfast. The rooms without a window to the street are dark and bad if you are claustrophobic. Those have windows to the corridor.

Is a very nyce place located on a central zone, secure and calm, very satisfyed

The breakfast should have a better menu to choose, always the same food is nod good for long stays.

Room's refrigerator did not work and the wc had a waterflood, the rest of the amenities were in a very good state and cleanness.

Generally good value for Medellin but be careful with the WiFi if you work online

For the price I paid, I feel it was good value. It wasn't far from the metro and was in a pretty safe part of the city with lots of restaurants and a good supermarket nearby. The breakfast was good - nothing exceptional, but it was enough. The staff was always helpful and friendly.

The WiFi was pretty bad for any video calls. It was sufficient for YouTube or general web browsing but if you have to do any kind of business calls, I wouldn't recommend it.
