Very much a mixed bag. The grounds and pool are beautiful but the rooms are dated to say the least. The Wi-Fi router in my room didn't work and using others was spotty at best. I had to fiddle with the input selection on the TV to get it to display.

This was a last minute stay because we missed our flight and had to stay a couple of nights and WOW!! Beautiful place to stay, friendly staff and the grounds are beautifully well kept,we will definitely spend our next stay here.

Love it! Beautiful grounds and pool. Everything taken care of very well. Have stayed here 6-7 times and keep returning because of the friendly staff and quiet atmosphere.

For a "pet friendly" hotel this place is not very pet friendly. No dogs allowed in the pool area, even on leash. What are you supposed to do with your dog if you want to use the pool? Room was also very in need of a remodel.

The pool was closed due construction but a new pool will be available soon. Live loud band playing outside on a Tuesday night.

Just stayed for a night before heading to La Penita, only picked this place because it’s dog friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy, no coffee available in the morning had to walk about 4 blocks to an Oxxo.
It looks like it once was a nice hotel and probably will be again as they seem to be upgrading the pool and rooms.
In the day there’s a food court next door, and apparently the hotel restaurant does open at some point but not for early coffee.
We will stay on our return, so now we know what to expect!

The staff were friendly but the room was very basic for the price. Air conditioner didn’t work properly, wifi wasn’t working, pool was under construction, restaurant only available until 2pm, no ice machine in the hotel or fridge in the room, no cups in the room, no face cloths or hand towels.

They were unable to give me a refund after finding a massive roach in a dirty room. They tried to tell me I can upgrade but I would have to pay more! Terrible experience! I took a loss and left. Do not stay here!

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Being dog owners we got great use of the dog park and walks along the Rio Pitiall

Quite and clean. No microwave in the suit, but walking distance to the grocery store and besides small restaurants.

The outside property was beautiful. Pool area was very clean. But water was very cold. Inside our room was very dated, no blow dryer, no safe, no fridge, no pool towels, no ice makers, no ice period!
The resturaunt food was very good, but service was very slow.

Stayed 2 wks. The pool and the size of our room was great. Security gate was a pleasant surprise. The location suited our needs as we like to walk but no elevators and not being close to downtown may not work for some. They allow dogs but we never noticed an issue or problem. Soriana grocery mall is a 5 min walk and has everything you'll need as there is no pool side bar. Buy a rotisserie chicken along the mall and get a pedicure at Cece's.

This is an old style condo complex doing mainly short term rentals now. I have been staying here for a day or two at a time for years. They have put a lot of effort into bringing the maintenance up to date. From what I can tell it caters to an older crowd or young family’s It’s not a happening place which in my opinion is a plus.

The property is beautiful. Wishbthere was coffee offered before 8am at the restaurant and a refrigerator would be good.

Puerto de luna is beautiful pool and property. Very clean,and peaceful. The location is awesome, close to restaurants and shopping. Love this place.

Puerto de Luna suited our needs . It has a resort feel but it’s definitely not a resort. The pool was great and all staff very friendly. Room could use some updating but didn’t spend much time in the room so realistically it was a great place to stay. Close to the airport was a bonus too

The hotel is incredibly basic. I would only stay here as a last resort or if you’re looking for an economical option. The amenities listed are not accurate at all. I booked for four adults and paid the additional fee to have 4 people. The 2 single beds in our room were not made up for us, and when we asked for bedding they did not have enough and told us the cleaners would bring blankets tomorrow (we’re only here for 1 night). The bathroom is dirty and the wifi doesn’t work. It’s fine for one night but I would not book a stay for any longer.

The hotel is ok, we liked the fact it is pet friendly, even though we were not traveling with pets this time. However, the hotel did not honor booking benefits. For example, they only provided free breakfast for adults, but we had to pay for children's breakfast, and we had a two-hour late check out "guaranteed" that wasn't honored either.

No in-room amenities. No water glasses, no face cloths, only one hand towel. No hair dryer. Minimal plugs for electric devices.
Big issue was no elevator.

This property was ok, it’s old needs lots of updating. I did not spend a lot of time there basically to sleep. Asked to have screen on patio door fixed as it was completely off never happened in my 3wks. It was clean. Did not eat at restaurant so no comment. Very quiet. A few to many cockroaches for me but I was on the ground floor.

Best thing I can say was that the grounds were very nice, location was convenient and that it served its purpose as we barely stayed in the place. I was mad that the website shows as if you are booking a 2 bedroom if you go by the pictures... I got a Superior Suite as there were 4 of us... it was a 1 double bed room with hard sofas to sleep in... only 2 towels in the room and no linen for the sofas... when I called to ask about them they made me go get the towels and linen at the front desk. it was nice that kids Wife and I were together in the same room so i say it served its purpose but definitely not made for comfort.

Grounds were fantastic. Pool was well used and cleaned daily. Condition of rooms need to be updated somewhat. Room 519 was noisy with people up in room 525. Once we mentioned to reception things got better. We opted out of a suite due to price structure.Location was good.

I was given the worst room in the hotel, not even a chair to sit in, three bare walls, no balcony, no luggage holder so on the floor, no dresser, no safe, overlooking parking and highway and night lit tennis courts, seventy steps up to my room (I’m 70 years old), depressing (#231..have it banned) so I complained and I got a wonderful room. Grounds are beautiful, pool is chilly (how I like it) Beside Food Park! Excellent choices here. Friendly staff.
