The Village of Quechee is within walking distance and all the Quechee Lakes and area amenities are just a few minutes’ drive. The main level has a full kitchen, half bath, dining and living area, while the upper level consists of two bedrooms and a full bath. The primary bedroom has a window AC unit that adequately cools the home down on warm summer days. A coin-operated laundry facility can be found in the condominium complex, and local laundromats are also available. Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee’s spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center). The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly. Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace in this home is not functional. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Enjoyed our stay, plenty of room, cozy, warm. Unfortunately the bed sheets/mattress covers were extremely dirty. We couldn’t sleep on them. Went to the store and bought sheets. Everything else was good and as advertised.

Our group of 4 adults had an enjoyable stay at this Quechee condo. We found it true to the listing, and a convenient location for outdoor activities as well as shops and restaurants. Plans for skating and cross country skiing had to be changed because of the rain and warm temperatures, but we had a great day at the Vermont Institute of Natural Science, and highly recommend it. A couple of concerns about the condo -- snow was not cleared from the rear access, upstairs and downstairs, creating a potential safety hazard in the event of an emergency. Also, something to consider if you like to sleep on a hard mattress -- one of the beds was soft, perhaps with a memory form mattress.

We had a great time during our stay. The Nest worked out perfectly for us and was super cute. My only negative comments would be the total lack of water pressure in the kitchen sink and the fact that only one bulb out of four was working on the light fixture in the kitchen. There was also no info on where to leave the key upon check out. Overall, a great place to stay.

Pros: We loved the location, very central to our travels. Well maintained property. Communicative management. Great shower water pressure. Cons: Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Can't get suitcases up the stairs easily (unless you use the outside staircase in back) Near zero water pressure in kitchen sink. Some of the dishes were out away ( likely by other renters) without being properly cleaned, a toilet was left dirty under the rim...minor things but affected our impression. Instructions need to be given on what to do with keys at checkout. This unit has no lockbox, so they didn't tell us until after we left (an hour) tho we asked, what to do with the keys. They have to be taken back to the office a mile up the road. Would stay again, but beds need updating for sure. Also, TV very difficult to use. Needed instructions. No cable ..streaming only. And chintzy to need quarters for the laundry, IMO.

Very Comfortable! The Beds were so comfy. Some of the plugs confused me, wasn't sure if I needed a light switch. I am an outside person, could have the back cleaned up a little. I'm not sure I'll be back in that area again, but I would stay again. Thank You!

Place was great! Clean and spacious. AC worked in the heat. At check in the employee who greeted us was so rude and had such a sour attitude. I own rental properties and if somone greeted my guests the way she gave me dirty looks I would be so ashamed. Thankfully her nasty attitude did not ruin our lovely stay.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament at Dartmouth. It was so nice to stay in Quechee away from the busier areas. The unit was perfect for us. The AC was just right even with temps reaching the high 80s (coming from ATL where everything has central AC, this was a worry for us). We love being able to do laundry right no site. We would definitely return!

Our group had a great time at this condo! Everything was exceptionally clean and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. It was such a cozy place to come back to after a day of skiing at Killington (only around 40 minutes away) and a spot I would definitely recommend!

Enjoyable stay in Quechee Lakes area. The unit was clean and is in a great location. Our favorite aspect of the property was access to the Quechee Club. We used the outdoor pool and ate at Deweys restaurant.

Had a lovely stay at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and small but efficient. Visitors should be aware that the washer and dryer are coin operated, so bring quarters, and there is AC only in one upstairs bedroom.
