If you are looking for a place with a great community, easy check-in/out, close to Coligny, that feels like home, then you definitely want to check this condo out! I had teen girls who wanted to shop! It was a short walk to Coligny multiple times a day. We also had a 7 year old who wanted nothing more than to be at the Beach. The ease of having the beach so close was incredibly convenient. It is also a short walk to Low Country Celebration Park. We also had two 18 year old boys who could do so much in close proximity. My parents went as well, and loved the community and the neighbors. We walked on the beach and around coligny/pope street, each morning and evening. This condo really has something for everyone!

Loved how close the property is to Coligny shops and the playground. Being on the beach is great, but the pool is also wonderful. There is a grill out on the back for charcoal.

This lovely, homey condo is located in a wonderful community with convenient access to the pool and the beach. We will return!

Meagan was our contact from the Property Management. She was great. She helped us re-connect the tv so we could watch Netflix. Unfortunately we never got live channels to work. House was mostly clean. Kitchen was well equipped.

Everything about this stay was easy and enjoyable. The booking was convenient The entry was flawless The community is gated and secure The beach access is easy and quick The staff and owners are very communicative and ready to assist in any way needed.

It was nice only problem we had it was bugs in 2 of the bed and it was hair on coach look like a animal been sleeping on it and it was trash u see the twin bed

Our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler spent our spring break in this villa. Everything was great and was perfect for our family. Very convenient location as we were able to walk to Coligny and restaurants. Hopefully we will be able to return again next spring!
