This property recently renovated this January 2019, with high end fixtures. Direct ocean view with a balcony. This unit is immaculate and will house a family of 8. The living room has a flat screen smart LCD TV with cable. a futon in the living room for extra sleepers. Just outside your door enjoy walks along the famous white sandy beach of Miami Beach. 15 minutes away driving from South beach , where you can enjoy the Art Deco and the nightlife . ***We must also remind you that parking is not included and that there is a $ 499 (registration fee plus cleaning fee) that is paid upon arrival at the front desk directly***

Beautiful Condo. Amazing shower and loved the bidet. Ocean view .. comfortable beds.. right on beach.. fun pool, music, chairs poolside and away from pool, cabanas.. Very responsive and friendly valets. Greeted every time we entered the building.
Only 2 things I would change couch was not comfortable and there was no furniture on patio.
