Siamo stati estremamente soddisfatti del soggiorno a casa di Monica e Riccardo. La posizione dell'appartamento è comodissima, situata nel centro di Nervi a due passi dai parchi, dalla passeggiata, dai negozi e dalla stazione e dai bus. Nonostante si trovi in una piccola via pedonale, l'appartamento offre un parcheggio coperto in un garage vicino, il che è stato molto comodo. L'appartamento è spazioso, con una grande sala, due camere da letto, un bagno con doccia e una bellissima cucina. L'arredamento è curato e accogliente, con numerosi libri e informazioni utili a disposizione. Inoltre, Monica ha fatto trovare una selezione di giochi per la mia bimba, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, e avevamo a disposizione una lavatrice, una lavastoviglie e persino una PlayStation. Il Wi-Fi è incluso e funziona bene. La pulizia dell'appartamento era impeccabile, in particolare la doccia che sembrava risplendere. Non ho mai visto una pulizia così accurata! Desidero inoltre sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Monica e Riccardo, i proprietari dell'appartamento. Sono stati eccezionali, accettando anche il late check-out e dimostrando una grande dedizione per la cura di questo appartamento. In sintesi, consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per il suo elevato livello di pulizia, i comfort offerti e la posizione comoda. È stata davvero un'esperienza eccellente e spero di poter tornare presto.

Een super ruim en fijn huis. Wij voelden ons direct thuis. Het huis is erg schoon en compleet uitgerust: wasmachine, afwasmaschine, oven, magnetron, waterkoker en Nespressomachine maar ook veel servies, bestek, toilet- en schoonmaakartikelen, verschilende kussens etc. en een fijne douche. Het huis is rustig gelegen en door de airco heerlijk koel. Wij hebben de auto in de garage (100 m lopen) gezet en hebben de omgeving met de trein ontdekt. Nervi ligt in de zone Genua en voor €3,- pp kun je retour naar de stad, ook de andere plaatsjes aan de kust zijn met de trein perfect te bereiken. Aanrader (minder touristisch): Rappallo. Nervi zelf is ook erg gezellig en de bakker, groenteboer en barretjes zijn om de hoek. Het warme welkom door Monica en haar zoon met foccaccia, wijn en pesto en alle info over bezienswaardigheden, winkels en restaurants zijn uniek!

Alles beviel goed.

Decoration, cleanness, the host, quietness, light and everything else! Thank you so so much Monica and Federica. I didn't ask the baby chair in advance but Monica went to get it and baby was happy eating there.. also the Internet was slow which happens to my own house too so it's understanding but she called the company and fixed it right away!

We were 3 adults in a rented car. It was very convenient to use the garage, which is located next to the house. On the table in the kitchen, we were greeted by a very pleasant bonus from the hostess Monica - a bottle of Italian wine and fresh fragrant Focacca bread. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Park, promenade and restaurants within walking distance.
