We had an excellent couples experience

Service was outstanding. Facility was amazing! Restaurants had excellent service and food. Spa service was one of the best I have had ever.

Честно говоря, после пребывания в отеле у меня остались смешанные чувства. Точно не могу поставить ему наивысшую оценку. Начну с минусов: мы прибыли за час до времени регистрации, но пришлось ждать до назначенного времени в 15:00, однако наш номер так и не был готов. На наши вопросы о сроках ожидания и причинах задержки ответа не последовало. Мы ожидали на рецепции, менеджер подошёл, но проблема не решилась. Мы были расстроены, однако затем нам позвонил Кевин, извинился и предложил нам номер лучшего класса, так как наш оригинальный номер не был готов. В ресторане Nobu к моему вину было приложено несколько претензий: вино принесли в пролитом бокале. Уборка в номере в первый день оставила желать лучшего: оставшиеся пустые бутылки и тарелки так и не были убраны. В греческом ресторане, несмотря на обещание хорошего столика, нас сначала посадили возле кухни, в углу, хотя в зале было достаточно свободных и предпочтительных мест. Тем не менее, после нашей просьбы нас пересадили. Ещё было много мелких, но разочаровывающих моментов для отеля, который позиционирует себя как лучший: сложности с поиском нашей оплаты, бронированием столов. Однако хочу снова поблагодарить Кевина, который помогал сглаживать эти моменты. Среди плюсов могу выделить: отель действительно очень красив, номера шикарные, завтраки на 10 из 10, рестораны предлагают вкусные блюда.

Завтрак. Не понятно раскидное по большой территории, пока дошел за фрешем забыл , что хотел. И так же с остальным , не было послевкусия. В целом все прекрасно.

Not worth the money. There are better hotels in Dubai that offer exclusivity to their guests

Property was beautiful

The fact that they welcome the public into the whole of the hotel - there were influencers taking selfies literally everywhere Our room was sea facing. A stunning room however we didn’t sleep for the 4 nights due to it being like a racetrack outside the hotel with supercars speeding up and down all through the night It was a theme park rather than an exclusive hotel, which for the price is what was expected.

Worth the view!

Location and sea view was excellent!

Check in was delayed as room wasn’t ready, so we needed to wait. They did provide us with compensatory amount to be spent on the property during our stay.

Много детей, шумно, дорого, завтрак очень средний, персонал медленный.

Многолюдно, не обосновано дорого. Выехать с пальмы вечером занимает 30 минут. В день выезда заказали помощь с багажом, никто не пришел. Два раза за неделю в 8 утра нас разбудили стуки этажом выше. На завтраке официанты постоянно путали заказы.

Отель не впечатлил

Комната была большой и уютной. В комнате были душ и ванна. Большой телевизор с возможностью подключить телефон. Уборка на высшем уровне. Красивые золотые ванные наборы. Очень красивый фонтан.

Сам отель не впечатлил. По дизайну не лучше чем другие 5* отели. По обслуживанию в старом Atlantis лучше. -Хотела полежать в ванне, но не смогла, потому что вода уходила в слив, из-за того что крышка не закрывалась до конца. - На завтраке все буфеты с едой распределены далеко от друг друга. Неудобно. Приходиться слишком много все обходить, чтобы взять еду. - Отель требует депозит 2000 дирхам за день. Получается на две комнаты с нас требовали 20000 дирхам обязательно. Это ненормально. Люди не обязаны кушать в ресторанах отеля или покупать что-нибудь. Для этого есть наличка или карты банковские. Если платить картой, то при возврате может быть курсовая разница. А если наличкой, зачем нам в последний день такая сумма на руках. В итоге мы заплатили только 5000 дирхам, и нам этого хватило сполна.

Excellent! Best view in the Beach!

The AirPort transfer staff were accommodating and really appreciated the hot towel and bottles of water served, the comfort of the waiting area as well. Then best check in at the hotel. Besoi (misspelled as I wasn’t sure of his name spelling) was the BEST! We were taken cared off very well! He exceeded our expectation! Best artworks and lobby! The scent and shopping were great! Got my new LV bag and sunglasses for my husband.

Gastronomy servers. We were not asked and served timely with our drinks compared to the rest of the guests. Not sure why? We thought it was our race/color? We were already pissed on the 3rd day the way we were being bypassed from any other guests as we were there 1st but the guests who came after were served their water and coffee 1st. So I went to talk to their teamlead Anna and she apologized and we seen her talking to her staff. Her team seemed anxious about this but they needed it so to keep them on their toes and be more attentive and treat everyone equally. The next day, Anna met us again and guided us to our table and endorsed us to a crew member to continue what service needed to be done. Other than that, Food was excellent! In America “when you see something, say something “ so, speaking up is a great way to improve service I believe. I have left a note to housekeeping, Gastronomy, and the management about other comments and kudos. Housekeeping did an excellent job as well. My other observation I sent note to them was the quality of bathroom tissue in our room compared to the hallway bathrooms. I am not a fan of bidet so bathroom tissue is important to me. I buy soft and gentle bathroom tissue brands after trying all the cheapest to averagely priced, so I know the experience of wiping your behind with rough to tough vs. soft and gentle paper quality. We were in room 30668, the bathroom tissue was not a good quality to be honest. Then, just learned that when I went to use the hallway bathroom after breakfast near Gastronomy, the bathroom tissue there was different texture, it was softer. So, why the difference?

На завтраке Moёt наливают), и вообще там можно найти всё, на любой вкус. Великолепные, новые номера. Лучше брать повыше этажом, и с видом на Пальму, вид потрясающий. Куча бассейнов, пляж отличный, вход в аквапарк( до которого идти 2 минуты) включен в стоимость проживания. Были в 2-х ресторанах на ужин Dinner by Heston Blumenthal (очень вкусно и атмосферно) и La Mar (тоже отлично), но нужно их заранее бронировать. В Malibu 90265 лучшие бургеры, которые я пробовал.

Все понравилось.

Absolutely stunning hotel

The hotel is absolutely stunning. Rooms are generous and beautifully decorated. The staff are all amazing and go above and beyond.

There is not much to like here except for the exorbitant prices of food and drink. Although the staff are all absolutely wonderful it can be a little annoying when they are constantly asking you if you need anything, especially at the pool when you are trying to relax.

Beautiful hotel but poor service

Great location, beautiful views and unique architecture. Breakfast was really good.

Room cleaning was really bad and stuff attitude was average. On our first day we returned from the beach after 5 p.m. and found out that room was not cleaned. We thought it was just a mistake, however, it happened again on the other day. As we assume, in this hotel they often combine cleaning and evening service, so you get your room cleaned only in the late afternoon or evening. You must be ready for that. Concierge service was also disappointing. They didn’t mange to book us the infinity pool beds during our whole stay, however we stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. You must notice that this pool is for additional charge, even for the hotel guests. They could only offer for two of us a cabana for 8 people. Exactly what we were looking for! (no) If you lack of beds, please, inform your guests in advance to book them. I would appreciate a notice after my booking was confirmed and I would definitely make my reservation in advance. Also, I have to mention that service during breakfasts was poor. Waiters often forget orders and you have to order several times to get a cup of coffee. I don’t see that hotel stuff seek for improvement. It is just a famous hotel but they definitely do not provide the most luxurious experience for their guests. All in all, our stay wasn’t bad but we expected much more from this hotel. It was nice to stay there once but I wouldn’t repeat my experience.

Feel like Royal

The services and amenities are top of the line, and we thoroughly enjoy them. Specially Food.

I don't feel comfortable with the outside chairs. It would be great if they could improve the seating area to make it more comfortable, allowing people to better enjoy the fountain.

Hotel is nice but next time I won’t stay on the Palm.

From my opinion this is not hotel for family with kids under 21.

Nobu by the beach and Cloud 22 is adults only. We have to pay for Cloud 22 .
