Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the second floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchenette is complete with dishes and appliances: microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 single bed, and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with television, wifi, washing machine, crib, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and air conditioning. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it! The apartment can only be reached by stairs.. City Tax: € 4,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights . The door to the apartment is the last one at the end. To open the door, use the keypad by entering the code 56123 . Always check that the doors of the elevator are completely closed! First off, the entire building is under construction so there's scaffolding blocking the windows, bare wires handing from stairway walls, no working lights in the dark stairway and outside the apartment door is lined with door and window frames blocking half the hallway. The apartment is "updated" but it is like it only got half completed. There's missing trim pieces, the interior doors barely close if they do at all, the outter shutters only half actually work and while there are TVs that turn on, they aren't connected to anything so there is nothing to watch. The neighborhood is nice during the day but as soon as it gets dark there are lines of 20 somethings outside lined up at what I think was bars or clubs right across the street and next door. The yelling is so loud you cannot leave the windows open which was necessary since it was 80 degrees and the ac cannot be turned on until June. The wall that the bathroom and one bedroom share had loud music for hours each night, so loud the furniture was shaking. There is also no real living room area, there is a futon to sit on with no coffee table or anything so it was useless to try to enjoy. I highly recommend you stay anywhere else. We left after 2 nights (was supposed to stay 5) and went to a hotel so we could actually get some sleep.

The apartment was generally clean as far as furniture, bathroom and kitchen was concerned but the tops of doorways were thick with dust and the kitchen and 'living room' area was very grotty with lots of marks on the walls. It needed a complete repaint. The front door handle was broken and kept falling off.
The photos showed the impressive main staircase which had nothing to do with our apartment, which we reached by a decidedly older, more grotty staircase at the back of the building. This is false representation.
Although the kitchen was fully kitted out with even a dishwasher, there was no washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish cloth or tea towel. Are visitors really expected to come in for a 3/4 day city break to have to go out and buy these items??!!! For the money paid we expected a much higher standard. The beds were comfortable so it was OK as a place to sleep but you want to spend a minimal amount of time there as was not a relaxing place to be in. Would not return and would not recommend.
