BEDROOM: Queen bed, comfy mattress, Extra blanket, Air conditioning, Nightstand, Lamps. LIVING ROOM: smart TV, Air conditioning, Ceiling fan, Sofa. KITCHEN: Oven, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee maker, Pots and pans, Utensils, Fridge/Freezer, Table and two chairs. LAUNDRY: Washing machine and Dryer inside Garage. BATHROOM: Combined bath/shower, Hairdryer, Closet with Hangers, Iron/Ironing Board, Soap and Shampoo. PARKING: Free, secure gated parking area at rear of property with space for one car. CLEAN: Professionally cleaned after each guest with 'free and clear' products. Guest access 24 hour keyless check-in. Access to the entire home. Access to one secure parking at the home Washer/Dryer inside the Home. Other things to note Please be respectful and considerate to other neighbors For weekly/monthly guests, housekeeping can be arranged for a fee. You will need a vehicle or you can just use UBER if going to Cherry Street or Downtown. The UBER ride is a great price as both are 10 min from the home

Property was great. Everything inside was comfy and awesome. Everything you could possibly need was supplied in the kitchen. My only complaint was the option to provide a deposit or to have a $35 fee to avoid the deposit. Maybe that's a new thing or is typically hidden in other places' "fees", but it was new to me and a little annoying, especially since it wasn't brought up until after I'd booked the nonrefundable stay. But not a huge deal and the property was worth every penny after all was said and done.

Super cute and clean place not the best neighborhood but then again, it’s Tulsa… The facility was clean and fenced in. We had an unfortunate tornado issue, and I tried to contact managers. We lost power and had to leave… I have still yet to hear from any of the managers despite my numerous attempts of emailing. They possibly could have lost power and can’t email back… we haven’t out of there for five days and still haven’t heard from anyone.

Had a great time at the auto auction. This home was a great place to come back to at the end of the day and unwind.

The house was clean and relatively updated with plenty of space for our family. The two secondary bedrooms both have futons in addition to queen size beds, the futons are great for younger kids. It was a cute house and had everything we needed.

The house was extremely clean and very inviting, check-in/check-out was a breeze and the communication with the property manager was great. We would highly recommend!!!

The house looks recently renovated, clean and equipped with all basic needs. Everything worked right and had a nice yard as well. It is very close to downtown and has lots of nearby amenities.
