About this house rental

Located in South Venice, this lovely house for £232 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Yes, you CAN have it all! Splash in the clear blue Gulf waters at one of the several nearby beaches. Chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and sand toys are provided for you with this home! Come home to your private heated pool inside the screened lanai. Cook dinner in your fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool and enjoy dinner at sunset on your lanai with dining table. Our comfortable open living room is equipped with a 65" TV and free WiFi is provided for our guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Both of the guest rooms have queen beds, providing plenty of room for everyone. The 2 car garage is supplied with all the necessities required for a day at the beach and includes two bicycles. There is also a fully equipped laundry so no worries about taking soiled clothing back home. Venice, Florida is the shark-tooth capital of the world, and many beachcombers find these hidden gems while strolling along the water's edge. Our vacation home is close to shopping, dining, boating, fishing, hiking, biking and golf. Downtown Venice, a palm-tree lined village with quaint shops and many fine restaurants, is only a short 10 minute drive. Florida living at its best!

Perfect relaxing get away. It was unusually cold during our visit, but the pool was heated and we were able to still enjoy the pool. We also loved watching the big games in the spacious living room, and pool table provided hours of entertainment. We cooked in the kitchen multiple times, and went to the beach almost every day. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided. Central location to many different areas. Definitely plan to return!

The house is newly remodeled and done beautifully. The pool was awesome after a day at the beach. The beach is just a short distance. Downtown Venice is a short drive. The house is perfect for a vacation getaway!

We had an amazing time. Everything was easy to navigate from booking to checking out. Bud answered all our questions that we had in a timely manor. House was beautiful!! Couldnt have asked for a better place!!

Very comfortable. All amenities needed for a standard family. Big spaces. Nice and warm pool and pool area. Very clean. Located very near the beach (2 minutes) Quite neighborhood Very recommendable. Will repeat next year.

Great stay with family - close to the beach and wonderful updated home. Clean and bright - pool and pool table were great. Will definitely be back. Bud is very responsive should any issues or concerns arise.

Very nice remodeled home with all amenities for cooking and updated furniture. Close to beach. Loved the outside pool area with access to master bedroom, guest bath and kitchen living area. Thanks again Don and if ever back in the area will plan to stay again if available.
