Located in South Venice, this lovely house for £244 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. If you see a gap in our calendar you are interested in send us an inquiry. Close to beaches, modern and inviting with private pool and two king size beds. Come and enjoy this newly remodeled and private home! This house is centrally located with easy access to the beaches, restaurants and shops. With a 8 minute car drive, you can reach Manasota Key beach; several other beaches are nearby as well. The house has a brand new, Sunny western exposure, salt water heated pool as well as stand alone jacuzzi. Beautiful and specious paved patio with newly installed screen enclosure covering the entire area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped should you decide to stay in and make a meal. Both bedrooms have king size beds (Guest Master is Firm memory foam). Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed (medium-firm spring/foam hybrid) with a direct entry to patio/pool area. Bedrooms are in opposite sides of the house (separated by kitchen and living room area) for added privacy. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. The living room area has a sleeper sofa which converts into a full size bed. Garage with automatic door will keep your car dry and cool. Just a few additional but important items for you to have while you stay at this house: - high speed internet - TV in living room (Roku smart) - beach chairs - beach umbrella - beach toys - beach towels -outdoor grill - for those staying with small children, we can provide pack-n-play, toys and books upon request No smoking inside or by the pool area. Parking in garage or on driveway only. No parties / events. The Spa is not available for use during the hot months of May-September for safety and will be locked. This house had everything we could possibly want or need, it was clear very early on that they truly thought of everything!
The accommodations were so nice we almost didn’t want to leave for the beach! The hot tub/pool was perfect, the atmosphere they have set up inside and out is almost like it came straight from a magazine, you can tell they care deeply to make this a nice place to stay! The personalized welcome note and surprises were the cherry on top and such a nice touch!
Communication from the beginning of our trip (and throughout to check if we ever needed anything) was top notch. The hosts really care to make sure you have a great stay! We did not want to leave! This was honestly the best VRBO (or any rental) we’ve ever stayed at, we would definitely love to return here again!
If you are looking at houses in the area, look no further, you will not regret booking this one, worth every penny.

This house has it all! From the gorgeous pool area to the comfortable beds, this place was so perfect for our family of four. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals or make frozen drinks. The whole house was cozy and clean! The owners even provided a flea rake for shark tooth hunting, beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler for using at the many shark tooth beaches in the area. The owner, Chester was easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make our stay amazing! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a fabulous place to stay Chester and Anita!

We can't say enough good things about both the property and the owners. We are frequent VRBO guests and this is by far the best property experience we've had.
The property was spotlessly clean, well provisioned and comfortable. We brought our small dog with us and was delighted to find a pet bowl with fresh water waiting on him at check-in. For us, there was a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates with the sweetest personalized note. We enjoyed using the pool toys, beach gear and grill. We didn't find time for the bicycles, but they were in excellent shape and looked like fun. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We didn't use the hot tub since it was closed for the summer, but the pool was lovely. We hope to be return guests soon.

My favorite VRBO stay of all time. From amazing hosts who were very helpful and informative, to a pristine property that met all of my family’s needs from rest and relaxation to fun and sun. Perfect weather, warm pool and relaxing hot tub, with modern interior decor that reminded me of home. 10 minute drive to Manasota Beach where we enjoyed our afternoons, laying in the sun and collecting shark teeth. A multitude of restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to stay again! A special thanks to the hosts for being kind, helpful and thoughtful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tucked into abundant, gorgeous landscaping is a hidden gem of a house in South Venice.
The modern farmhouse interior is exactly as shown in the VRBO pictures. It is well equipped with kitchen essentials, loads of great towels for bath or beach, and a good laundry area essential for long term rentals. The king sized beds in each bedroom are comfortable, and there is a dresser and loads of closet space in each room. Bathrooms are updated and stocked with several necessities. The pool area is very large with multiple seating areas, comfortable furniture, warm water and a hot tub. Also notable is the privacy provided by the lush landscaping around the entire setting. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet space! It is a really wonderful place to work, read or just enjoy the Florida sunshine and a delightful pool.
Chester is an excellent host who was available for anything we needed-all minor requests that were quickly resolved. He always called before coming over and he maintained the pool area and hot tub while we were away at the beach or out touring in the area. Casa de Coco Garden is centrally located-close to groceries, restaurants and shopping. There’s plenty to do and see in the area: downtown Venice, multiple beaches, and destinations like Sarasota and Punta Gorda are all nearby. We loved everything about Casa de Coco, and we won’t hesitate to stay there the next time we visit Venice!

My husband and I stayed for 8 weeks during January and February. Check-in was smooth and easy and the house was exactly as it appears in the photos. Chester and Aneta were great hosts and made sure we had everything we need throughout our stay. We especially loved ending our day in the spa, but the pool was very nice too.

Casa Coco is a beautiful villa, perfectly appointed with everything you could need. High quality decor, pool and covered outdoor space was lovely. The villa was incredibly clean. Chester and Aneta have been fabulous hosts and have responded to any messages we had very promptly and reached out to reassure us regarding a tropical storm that was due to hit during our stay. It was great base to explore the area and the many local beaches . We would highly recommend Casa Coco. Thank you for sharing your lovely villa with us.

We loved our week at this home - we did not want to leave! The house is very clean and well appointed. But the outside living space - that's what really makes this home shine! We couldn't get enough of the sparking heated pool and cozy hot tub. We went to a different beach every day that we were there, and found over a hundred shark teeth! This home is the perfect base for exploring Venice + surrounding areas. Can't wait to go back!

Our family had the best time at your beautiful home! Our kids from teen to toddler aged all loved everything about our stay from the pool, the games, and the extra sand toys and things to bring to the beach. The owners have thought of everything you might need to have a fantastic beach vacation. The location is great too. We were able to go to multiple different beaches that weren’t far from the house at all. We hope to stay again in the future!

We went to Venice to celebrate our 20 year anniversary with our best friend and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The house was phenomenal, close to so many beaches, clean, and just what we needed. I would recommend this property to all my family and friends!!!

Easy access to ferry. Ferry pass was required but easily attainable at community center. Host was very responsive and great to work with. Recommend this property highly. Couldn’t have been any better. Close to shopping and restaurants. Other beaches close but much more crowded. Like the private beach. Found lots of pretty shells and shark teeth. Kids enjoyed it all!

This home is everything you could ever want and more! The pictures don't do it justice, and the attention to detail is beyond what you could imagine. We had great communication from the owners prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. We arrived after a 2-day car ride to a clean and beautiful house that made you feel like you were at home the second you stepped foot in the door. My husband and dogs thoroughly enjoyed the house as much as I did! He found a new, local fishing spot each day and I read books on the lanai with the dogs. We were close to plenty of amazing restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed for home cooked (even Christmas day) dinners. I have never been in a more comfortable home - the bedding, pillows and towels were all wonderful quality. They even go so far as to have plenty of fleece throw blankets throughout the house (this was a very nice touch in my opinion)! Every room is beautifully designed, homey and comfortable - it's not at all like the bland, cold VRBO homes with no personality. The owners were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived, throughout the stay and even after! We intend to stay here again, and I know my extended family plans to see if this home is available the next time they head to the area. Don't hesitate - book this home and enjoy a stay far better than any 5 star hotel!
