Overall nice place to stay

The rooms were clean. The toilet is separate from bathroom. Check-in was a breeze.I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Washing machine is a plus!

Very lovely apartment. My kids love it. They even can walk down to buy some.breakfast by themselves after day two.

距離車站近但蓮蓬頭水量很小洗的不開心

距離車站路程5分鐘前到不會走很遠員工態度很好原本已經退房離開後發現東西遺忘在房間剛好員工正在整理房間也順利幫忙找到遺忘的東西

浴室的蓮蓬頭水量非常小開到最大水量還是很小洗的很不開心還需要再處理

Beware, no human, no customer service, no luggage storage & no check-in early.Client takes trash,too

The location was the most attractive for us to book this hotel. Near Ueno Park, JR & Metro station & Skyline express to Narita airport all working distance 10 to 15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shops. The building outside & inside look fine. If you have a large family or with kids, this would be good for you because they put a lot of bund bed there. Everyone will get a bed. The cost will be good for more people. For two people, I won't book again. Because the bund bed takes up room and the twin bed are small. The room has an electric cooktop, micowave, washer & dryer combo, a small fridge, and an electric kettle. For a long stay, may be good for famliy. For the two of us, we stayed 5 nights, and we don't use any of the appliances. No one does any cleaning and charge towels. We also read the manual said, "we need to take care of the trash. This is not a hotel.

Beware about check-in this hotel. There's no human. You can not put your luggage there if you go there early because they don't offer this service and there's no one working at the front desk. The machine won't let you check in early. Must check in through a machine at 3 pm. When you call the number for help, there is no one answer. They don't reply to your email quickly for at least 2 to 3 days. Or they just don't reply. We stayed 5 nights only to get two sets of towels. Do our trash that's not a hotel. No housekeeping service. Check-in late at 3 pm, check out at 10 am.

Handy location and well equipped for a short stay.

Handy location to Ueno station. Quiet room and comfortable beds. Well equipped for our two nights stay in a twin bed apartment.

Sensor lights in the kitchen area could not be turned off, meaning lights came on at night if anyone moved around the apartment, eg to the bathroom, which disturbed others.

家庭感十足

公寓裡什麼家具都有也很新，各項電器使用說明書也做得很詳細，有回家的溫馨感，距離地鐵出口大約3分鐘，但要注意看一下入口位置避免錯過，備品整潔乾淨，使用起來十分舒適，推薦給喜歡自己下廚或是需要長時間居住的人。

入住前需要到飯店線上check in系統登錄獲取QR code，我雖然已經完成這道程序卻在現場遇到系統當機的情形，後來透過不斷的嘗試才順利完成入住手續，除了我以外現場還有兩對旅客遇到同樣的情況，線上客服大約10分鐘後回覆我消息，希望飯店在大廳可以設置電話，讓國外旅客可以打日本國內電話聯絡。

上野站附近的優質家庭式公寓

地點離上野站還算近，走路大概7分鐘可到入谷口，但離京城上野就很遠了，拖大行李不建議，真的快累死房間裡有廚房、大冰箱、洗衣機等等，非常適合長期居住，空間也很大可以直接打開兩個大行李箱，還有沙發區和小餐桌，到附近超市購買牛排和炸雞回來煎了大家一起聚餐，真的很開心 11樓的景觀很棒可以直接看到上野站的火車們進出，隔音我覺得算不錯，鐵道的聲音不會太明顯價格比起mimaru和monday我覺得實惠很多，是下次到上野會再入住的好選擇

checkin過程有夠麻煩，完全就是搞死外國遊客，三天前才傳checkin方法，然後booking訊息傳的連結根本無法打開，我只好又緊急傳訊跟飯店說網頁打不開，還好對方馬上回覆了新的連結，然後填完資料得到一個qrcode，還要再重新填另一個人的資料，又得到另一個qrcode，到達飯店還要掃qrcode才能得到房號和房間密碼重點是飯店大廳的機台也很難操作，弄到一半畫面就不動了也不知道為什麼，還好飯店人員剛好在後面房間，走出來幫我門操作，不然真的只能卡在大廳，誠心建議直接傳訊給房號跟密碼就好了，手續這麼複雜真的讓人很火大

設備齊全方便‘有洗衣機非常實用，能夠減少很多冬天行李空間！可以不用多帶衣物，晾曬衣架等等也一應具全。

Loved staying here, Ueno is fantastic. The location is very convenient and the beds are very comfy.

The room was very comfortable to stay in and my family loved it. We enjoyed our stay, the convenience of the location was fantastic. We loved exploring Ueno and the proximity to the station was great.

We had an extended stay in Ueno - around 2 and a half weeks - and unfortunately due to the nature of the accomodation we could not have the sheets changed; the provided toiletries was great but toilet paper ran out during our stay and we had to go buy more, along with garbage bags etc.

下次還會想要再入住這間旅宿

住的非常愉快舒適，地點離上野站的入谷口很近很方便，附近也有全家超商，我們選擇有浴缸的房間，泡了兩天澡，好舒服，廚房設備齊全，環境整潔乾淨，充電和開關的配置設計也很用心，洗脫烘衣機超方便，回家不用再洗一堆髒衣服，下次來日本，還會想來住這裡。

因為沒辦法訂到連三晚一樣的房間，所以分三筆訂單分開訂，詢問客服能否選擇其中比較大的房間，加價改成至少連住兩晚，不想要每天換房間，結果加了¥5000/晚連住兩晚，卻變成比較小的房間，這是唯一美中不足的地方。星期五晚上凌晨兩點多了，外面還一直有人在唱歌很吵，可能可以加強窗戶隔音。

從成田機場搭SKYLINER到「京城上野車站」下車，還要經過「JR上野車站」的「入谷札口」約100公尺」才到飯店，雖然有一點距離，但是已經很方便了；入住前是在台灣依照店家「m2m」入住系統輸入相關資料及護照已辦理入住程序，可以節省一些時間。

有洗烘衣機設備，非常方便，浴室淋浴跟澡盆是分開的，相當舒適。

真的不滿意的地方應該是房間棉絮有點重，容易引起咳嗽，雖然有配備吸塵器，棉絮引起的粉塵還是有。

Terrible Check-in

The hotel is new and the room was decent. Location is close-ish to the station.

We had a terrible experience with check-in. There is no front desk person and check-in is done on the screen. They have 2 screens and one was fully off when we arrived. The other screen kept freezing and re-setting and it took and hour to finally get checked in. We didn't even know how it checked us in we just kept tapping the screen. With no one around after arriving to Ueno from the airport it's quite possible that we could have not even checked in and been out of a hotel stay for the night. IF you're going to not have anyone at front desk and if you have a technology based check-in then you should ensure it 100% works. Very stressful.

What a wonderful place to stay.

Everything. The room was very well designed in every way and made our stay extremely comfortable. We had everything that we needed. Everything was new. The room accommodated us three people very easily. I think it would be totally fine for four people too. It was good that the bathroom is separate from the toilet. There were a lot of spaces and hanging places to put our stuff. The kitchen was well equipped. The washing machine was very useful. It could even dry our clothes if we chose to. The place is very close to the Ueno station so very convenient. There were a few convenient stores and supermarkets nearby. Such a great location. Also very short walking distance to Ueno park and zoo. We wish we could stay for longer to enjoy this place.
