Close to historical sites, great roof top bar! Clean environment and friendly staff.

Excellent location and we were able to walk to historical sites, restaurants and parks. Must check the roof top bar w/great views of Sevilla, especially at night!

Für einen Städte-Trip gerne wieder!

Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Bar im siebten Stock, welche man sich auf keinen Fall entgehen lassen sollte! Die Preise dort sind fair und der Ausblick auf jeden Fall sehr schön! Meistens ist dort auch sehr wenig los, weshalb man auch in Ruhe länger dort sitzen kann um bspw. etwas zu spielen oder Karten zu schreiben etc. Ebenso ist die Lage sehr zentral und perfekt für einen Städte-Urlaub. Es ist immer möglich, nochmal kurz in's Hotel zu gehen. Mit den Zimmern und deren Aussicht muss man Glück haben - es gibt welche zur Kathedrale hin (top!), jedoch auch welche in den Innenhof, welcher wohl leider nicht so ansehnlich ist.

Das Bad war ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, ansich jedoch sauber. Auch die Betten waren nicht sonderlich bequem und das Zimmer/ Hotel ansich sehr laut, da an einer viel befahrenen Straße und die Bauweise eher dünn.

Très agréable Séjour malgré l'inconfort de la chambre

Nous avons aimés la localisation et la propreté générale de l'hôtel ainsi que les petits déjeunés.

L'état du matelas était défectueux, on ressentais les ressorts et de plus l'insonorisation de la chambre (No. 606) est insuffisante car nous entendions tous les mouvements des tables et des chaises dans le "bar cocktail" situé au dessus.

Uma estadia claustrofóbica.

- Localização.

- Quarto e valor do quarto não corresponde a um hotel de 3 estrelas; - Quarto com iluminação insuficiente para uma boa visibilidade durante a noite; - Quarto com pouco espaço de circulação; - Cama com dimensões pequenas (quem tiver mais de 1.70 m de altura dorme com os pés de fora); - Casa de banho com zona de duche muito apertada; - Toalhas de rosto rotas; - A limpeza do quarto apenas foi feita ao final do dia e ainda tive de esperar para entrar no quarto.

Great quality-price relationship

The location’s awesome and it’s very clean and comfortable. The staff is great. They actually told me that booking the hotel directly through their website was cheaper than doing it through Booking

Unfortunately I paid more than needed just because I booked through the app, instead of booking directly through their system

Very good customer service and location

The view from the window was exceptional. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was good! Carlos at the desk when we checked in was really lovely and made our stay special by giving us our room early. :)

Breakfast spread could have been a little better perhaps. Very good place otherwise

Female solo traveller - disappointing experience

Excellent location, nice breakfast.

Some staff members rude, both first and second rooms not fully functional or as advertised, constant issue with a key card not working which was not a nice experience as a solo female traveller in the evenings when it was dark and key card needed to enter hotel, to use lift and to enter room. Paid £17 more than expected for stay. I would NOT stay here again.

I liked the design and layout of it as well as its location and proximity to the city center. It was everything I needed and I was able to make myself at home very easily I felt.

attitude of the first receptionist (not very pleasant) car park available but only if u had a small car smell in the corridors hard beds

Nice location but old fashion

Location near centre and public transportation , servce of the staff to propose a different room as our first ine was too noisy dye to construction in another building

location is OK, the room was bad

The location is relatively good, but a little bit far from the city center. Tha staff are friendly.

The room assigned was, I believe, one of the worst rooms in the hotel. It was very small, and had two small windows with ONLY very close hotel-wall viwes. The hotel did not respond to my request that twin beds are preferrable. The hotel should have assigned a better room for the guests who booked a room as long as almost three months before like me. It may be the problem of the management of the hotel. Very refrettable.
