Conveniently located near the Tulsa Expo/Fairgrounds/Sagenet Center. If you're here for one of the many horse shows or racing events you will enjoy the close proximity to your event. If you are looking for convenience to a few of Tulsa's many great districts, this is a perfect place as well. Cherry Street, Pearl District, Route 66, Greenwood - Downtown, are all nearby and short drive. This duplex was recently renovated and includes updated amenities, two living spaces, large private backyard, and pet friendly! If you prefer to prepare your meals, then you will enjoy this kitchen - gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, cookware, and dishes. We also provide a pack-n-play and highchair for our youngest guests.

We stayed while in town for a cattle show. We were minutes from the grounds. The house had everything we needed/wanted. We will definitely be back next year!!

We enjoyed staying at this listing very much. It is a beautifully appointed and updated place in an established quiet neighborhood. We felt the location was great for our needs. Our 3 grandchildren stayed with us for a few nights and there was room for everyone. The host was super responsive and helpful.

Lisa thought of every detail. The house was easy to get to and very clean. We were 1 minute away from Walmart and 6 minutes away from Tulsa University where our conference was being held. Everything you need is included in the house. The neighbor is nice and quiet. We took daily walks and felt safe. I would definitely stay there again if in the area. Thanks Lisa.

Our communications with Lisa were wonderful. She answered our questions right away. Cute property and very convenient to our needs. Our stay was cut short with the storm but I am looking forward to coming back again and would stay here again.

Everything about this property and the manager. The location was perfect and it looked like brand new doll house. When I go to Tulsa next year to visit family I will definitely choose this place to stay everything was wonderful and comfortable.

Had a very enjoyable stay at this property. Conveniently located to food and entertainment options. The home was clean and the host was very responsive and even shared an excellent list of local restaurants! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and host was very quick to respond to any message. Check in and out was super easy. Location is amazing and the house was very cute and clean. All the comforts of home and a very nice yard to relax in!! Would definitely try to get this place the next time we go visit our daughter and her husband (and new grand baby).
