Nestled in Salt Lake City, this attractive condo for £51 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Come stay at my 2 bedroom unit with king memory foam beds. I get so many compliments on the epoxy floor when guest first check in. Photos do not do it justice. This is one level with no stairs. It has 3 inch lift rubber threshold ramp. It is not ADA compliant but it is wheelchair accessible. It has one step at entry. It has 2 entryways. Two bedrooms with king-size beds in both rooms. Three TV's one in both bedrooms and one in the living room. A shared zeroscaped backyard and carport. Fast free wifi. Small pets welcome. Next door does have dogs that bark sometimes. Eccles Theater 10 minutes Salt Palace 8 minutes Utah State Fairpark 4 minutes Salt Lake Temple 10 minutes

We had such a fun time in Salt Lake! The rooms were large and cozy, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed a night in watching tv together. Would recommend!

We were in for a quick overnight so this property suited us well. Bryce was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in and out was quick and easy, the property was represented accurately and as advertised. The beds are very comfortable, heat/ac worked well and the unit was fully stocked with everything needed. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the couch as we found it to be super uncomfortable to relax on. We really enjoyed our stay, would most definitely recommend, and would stay here again!

We arrived after dark. The porch light was on and the house number was visible from the street. The carport parking was nice and the check in was simple. The big screen TV was great to watch. The king size beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Just 3 miles to the airport made it a convenient comfortable place to stay before an early flight departure.

Immediate location isn’t the best but super close to downtown and highways are close as well. Great little spot with all the things you need. Beds were very comfy and big. Property manager was great. Will definitely be coming back !

A friend and I visited SLC for a long weekend and this property was awesome. Super clean and comfortable, close but not too close to downtown and had everything we needed to have a fabulous vacation! We would definitely stay again!

I loved the easiness it was to actually get around the duplex and also the property. The host was always at my beck and call by message and calls. He also showed up to help me since I am blind to label such things as stove and oven, microwave, washer and dryer. His communication was super honorable and a great person. I feel as though when I am in Salt Lake City I want to only use his properties as he gave me enormous ammounts of time to me on the Friday when I came.

The house is so cute. A tiny tiny kitchen, but overall cute. Most places give you all the information upfront when you book, address to the house, where to park, wifi information, password, what needs done before you leave to check out. Or they have a binder with all the information in it. Not this place. You dont get any information on the house until the day before you check in and you dont get any information on what needs done before you check out until a day before you check out. But if i had any questions or problems it was really easy to ask and they were really quick responses and answers. So I greatly appreciate that. There is a dog that barks non stop but we took box fans to cover the noise and that helped.

Super clean!! It looks just like the photos. Parking was very tight and the dog next door barked nonstop. Nothing you can do about that, i guess. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was clean and decorated adorably. It had everything we needed for our four day stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen came with all that we needed. Some things to be aware of: the futon couch is not the most comfortable for sitting. It looks aesthetically pleasing, but the comfort is not there. The dogs next door do indeed bark. We were not too bothered by it, but something to be aware of, and finally there is no floor length mirror which made outfit checks hard. This place was located close to everything we needed. It worked really well for our needs and we would stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. Home was very welcoming and clean. Check-in was was easy and accommodations were made without any issues since we arrived in SLC early. Great place and spacious for my family while in town for a tournament.
