About this house rental

Welcome to your luxury home away from home. This brand-new condo is situated near the shoreline of Bozeman Pond. It's the perfect place for a family or a group: Each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The primary suite features a king size bed, private balcony, two-sided fireplace, and a soaking tub with mountain views. The great room boasts a chef's kitchen, a giant living room with a gas fireplace, and a second-story patio gazing out at the Bridger mountains. This brand-new condo is the first to be completed in a development that is still actively under construction. Construction is expected through the fall of 2023. It is a three-story home with high-end finishes, original art, and environmentally-friendly cleaning products. The home is three stories, offering expansive mountain views from every room. On the first level, you'll find an attached garage, an entry with seating and storage, and a bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower. Windows in the stairwell flood the area with natural light. As you approach the second story, you'll fall in love with the enormous waterfall island (with seating for five), the large living room with a built-in gas fireplace and smart TV, and the dining table with seating for eight. But the real star of the second level is the outdoor patio and the view that comes with it. Another full bathroom with a tiled shower completes the second level. Upstairs, you'll find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a utility sink, plenty of storage, and a drying rack. A bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom is situated at the front of the house. Toward the back, you'll find the show-stopping primary suite. A king-size bed faces a two-sided gas fireplace that divides the bathroom from the bedroom. The bathroom features a water closet, a tiled walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The soaking tub has views of the fireplace and the Bridger Mountains. The primary suite has a private balcony with entrances from the bedroom and the bathroom. The giant windows give you a front-row seat to this gorgeous mountain view. The home is steps away from Glen Lake Rotary Park, commonly referred to as Bozeman Beach or Bozeman Pond. The shoreline is sandy and soft, perfect for lounging, playing beach volleyball, or setting up a picnic. Bring your swimsuit and go for an early-morning swim, practice yoga on the beach, or paddleboard across the pond for a pint at MAP Brewing. With easy access to I-90 and only 16 miles to Bridger Bowl, this is a perfect location for exploring all that Bozeman and the Gallatin Valley have to offer. The entire home is available for guest use, with the exception of one room and a few cabinets which are locked to protect the homeowners' personal belongings. I'll be available to answer any questions you may have but it is unlikely that we will meet in person. Bridger Vale is a brand-new development on Bozeman's north side. So new, in fact, that it is still under construction. While our home is completely finished, there are other buildings adjacent to us that are still actively being built. As such, you can expect construction noises, crews, and a little extra mud from April until September 2023. Beyond the construction, this neighborhood is home to "Bozeman Beach," also known as Glen Lake Rotary Park. This popular pond is bustling in the summer with swimmers, paddle-boarders, small watercraft, beach volleyball, and more. Across the pond or a short drive away, you'll find MAP Brewing and the other amenities available in this neighborhood. We recommend a car for seeing this area. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service, you'll likely want to get into the country to experience all of Montana's beauty. The immediate area is very bikable and you'll have access to the extensive trail system that Bozeman enjoys. While this home is new, well-appointed, and in a fabulous location, please know that it is located in an area that is expected to be in construction through the fall of 2023. This means that noise, construction crews, and extra mud are to be expected. Until August, this home is front-row to Bozeman Pond. In August, construction will begin on the final building of this development, which will be located between this unit and the pond. There is a train not far from the property, so you'll hear it during your stay. For your comfort, we've provided ear plugs to help with the noise.
