We just spent 5 nights at this property for a family Thanksgiving gathering. The view is stunning and the location is great - short drive to restaurants, shopping, and hiking. Plus, you can access the beach right from the house. The kitchen was well stocked and we had what we needed to cook our feast. However, we expected working showers, a working garbage disposal, working blinds and a clean space. Two of the showers did not work at all. The showers that did work would cut off mid shower if someone else was showering. The electric blinds were stuck in the closed position in one of the downstairs bedrooms. The cleanliness of the place was disappointing. There was an overall dust and grit on every surface, floors were dirty, and dishes crusty. (We re-washed every kitchen item we used.) There were a number of other issues that one would not expect at a property of this caliber. We shared our concerns with the property manager, so hopefully this place will get the TLC it deserves.

Great location, amenities, check-in process, and communication from host for everything. Good luck finding better beach access and views from another property. A quick 5min drive from Mastro’s for a cocktail and then back to the house for sunset on the third level balcony. Our group of 8 was more than comfortable and thrilled with the property. Lots of special touches throughout and Julian was available at check in/out and if we needed anything in between. Thanks for a great stay!
