We had a great time, one problem, the WiFi was unavailable most of the time, we reported it and it was to be fixed but it continued to be unavailable, we had to go into the central area of the hotel to get signal.

Our stay at this hotel for our first two nights in PV was amazing. Victor was very helpful and kind and very knowledgeable. Our room was nice, had a kitchen, two bathrooms and very spacious and comfortable. The pool is nice, wasn’t too cold. There was no restaurant on site but breakfast is available for purchase. My daughter and I had booked an excursion and had to leave at 830 am and they kept our stuff locked safely for us without any problems. We will be back to this hotel for sure In our future stays. Good food all around the hotel with oxo right across the street.

The hotel was great the location was close to every thing in Zona Romantica. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The hot water in the shower could have lasted a bit longer but but was still fine. I would def recommend this hotel and it staff to every one.

We loved our 17 night stay at PUEBLITO VALLARTA!
The hotel was everything we hoped for during an extended vacation in Puerto Vallarta.
The perfect location in the Romantic Zone made it very convenient for walking to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The beach, pier and Malacon were a short 15 minute walk.
Our room was large and exceptionally comfortable and clean…with friendly staff.
The front desk staff were extremely helpful in giving directions when asked.
Our very favorite receptionist was Ninfa…she was affluent in English, and helped us to find the correct bus for traveling to neighboring towns or ordering Uber or taxis.
The pool and deck area, including the breakfast area, allowed for relaxation and enjoyment.
We will definitely return to the hotel for future trips, and would highly recommend booking with PUEBLITO VALLARTA!!

The room was so bright all night that it was very difficult to sleep properly. Bright lights from hallway and courtyard came in both windows. The window covering did little to keep the light out.

Always felt welcomed at this location.

Great location and the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel is next to a busy road so can be a bit noisy - but the location is great for the romantic zone - plenty to do and easy walking distance to the Malacon. Great choice for the price.

First stay in PV and I couldn't have been more happier with my choice. It's right in the heart of town. Walkable to all the attractions. Beach. Restaurants. Tours. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Shout out to Rodrigo who went over and above to assist me. Definitely booking here again and great communication from hotel before and after trip

We had a fabulous experience here. The hotel is clean , quiet, and located near everything . The beds and pillows are super comfy and the staff is friendly and helpful… they will go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasurable experience. My only suggestion is a full length mirror would be helpful especially with multiple people sharing a room. Thank you for an outstanding experience:))

The staff here made our stay SO special. I can’t say enough good things about them, and how they treated us. Hot water was an issue, but I don’t think that is something common there. Rooms are clean, and they even gave us and upgrade when they heard it was our anniversary. The pool area is a dream and there is water jugs for use on every floor. Great experience, can’t wait to go back and visit our new friends.

Location, location, location! Far enough from the action and close enough to the action. The staff is just amazing! However, hot water is not always available and there is always a smell coming from the pipe (welcome to Mexico!). There are no windows you cant open and leave it open. Bus stop to every where and Oxxo right on the corner.

The hotel itself is ok. I reserved the master suite. I had to change rooms due to my first room being on the second level and the street noise was incredible at all hours. The next room was on the same side of the building but on the fourth level. I could still hear the street noise but less overall. The staff is incredible and do everything they can to accommodate. If you're into great local food at great prices, this location is awesome. There's a fresh fruit market close by called the Mercado. There's a wonderful tortilleria one block over for fresh tortillas. Lots of great taco stands, a churro stand, all kinds of restaurants away from the crowds. But if you want touristy, that's also just a few blocks away. Maybe request a room away from the front of the building.

It is the people who works here. Most especially the receptionist...Alfredo, he made me feel at home...very engaging and can express English fluently.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool deck is lovely, with a nice view of the mountains. The area is great with close access to restaurants, food/taco stands, markets, and the beach.

Perfect location to the beach and bars. Lovely staff. But the smart tv functions did not work at all. The tv was very small. I saw a pretty large bug come from out of the kitchen sink when i turned the water on. And there was always a smell the moment you walked into the hotel room. Construction was going on all morning. The windows were not insulated properly (there was space in between the window and where the sealing should be).

Staff very nice. But, I was supposed to hv a kitchen just as the pictures said. Fake advertising is what it was!!

Good location, friendly staff.
The rooms are really basic but spacious.
The kitchen was missing some items (no mugs, very little cuteries) and the bedroom could use nightstands and small lamps.
Overall good for price.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Pueblito Vallarta. Spacious suite with a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. It was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. The location is ideal. The only improvement that could be made is upgrading the furnishings. I would definitely stay again.

Staff were really helpful, just their wifi was extremely poor.

This hotel is in the heart of Zona Romantica, within easy walking distance to Playa Muertes, a great number of restaurants, markets and Malecon. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed spending time at the pool table and the swimming pool. The room was of a good size and had a kitchenette which was very useful. We would definitely stay here again in the future. A big thank you to the great staff of Pueblito Vallarta Hotel!

This hotel is simply wonderful! It is a cute boutique hotel with all the amenities you need, we booked it especially because they have double rooms so while our 2.5 year old was sleeping, we had a living room to spend time before going to bed ourselves. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beach, which is directly through the town with lots of places to eat and shop.
But the most memorable about this hotel is the staff, they are so kind and friendly and they treat you like family. Nymfa was the best, she even got us a birthday cake for our birthdays! This is truly a gem and the reason why we would choose Pueblito Vallarta hotel anytime over the big resort hotels. It is the people that make the difference and they surely did for us. Thank you Nymfa, Lavender and everyone else for making this an unforgettable vacation!

The staff was consistently helpful and friendly. Both Nori and Lavendar deserve a shout out but so do the others, I just didn't get their names

This property is located in the Romantic zone not too far from the beach. The staff were superb and they were striving to make improvements every day. The only issue I had was low water pressure and delay for hot water. Once you understood you might have to wait a few minutes for the hot water it was not a problem. The new owners are working to improve any deficiencies and it shows. The lady who cooked us breakfast every day was a real star and was always trying to do more for you. I stayed in the double master suite and it was very nice to have two bathrooms. This is a bit dated building and is very popular with the local Mexican vacationers so you will have the feel of "non tourist" real Mexico. I would recommend it if you are looking for something away from the hustle of the all-inclusives.

We loved this hotel and booked another trip with them for next year. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The pool and ouside area's were even nicer than the pictures. Restaurants and authentic taco statands on every corner just a few blocks from the malacon. Cant wait to see them all again.

It was our first time in PV so we didn't know where to stay, but I am SO glad we booked hotel pueblito. It was extremely walkable with so much around. The room was very clean and nice, with some minor drain issues but nothing major. The pool area, and pool table was great and very enjoyable. I highly recommend!

This hotel was nice, quiet, and had great staff. Was clean for the most part and did have kitchen with full size fridge. Was nice pool area along with a pool table for nice down time. Only inconvenience was the safe did not work. Requested new one and asked next day again. Unfortunately this did not get fixed. However, we felt safe and secure with this hotel which is always good. Location was great. Only a couple blocks from many great restaurants and bars.

The Hotel is old but well maintained. It is very basic no frills. The location is incredible! Close to everything gay clubs are five minutes away.

Took me a few days to gather my thoughts, but here you go. I also have the video of how rude the staff and Martín (front desk) was and how he refused to provide a solution to our problem if anyone would like evidence. The room pictures are inaccurate, they don’t show the AC unit above the bed which leaks. They don’t have washrags or ironing boards
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
Unfortunately, our stay here was not a great experience. We've had issues from the first day we arrived.
Day 1:
1. No toilet paper
2. No small wash rags
3. Had to move to another room because the AC unit was leaking all over the bed and soaked the pillows and bed covers.
Day 2:
1. In the new room, the AC unit leaked all over the bed. Main can to fix the unit, however, it leaked again so we had to move the bed from the wall to the middle of the floor to be able to sleep comfortably.
2. The stove did not work.
Day 3:
1. There is a leak on the bathroom that’s leaving water all over the floor.
2. Requested an iron and ironing board, received the iron but you have no ironing board and I was told to iron on the bed, but there are no outlets in the room to do so.
3. The staff was not very helpful and Martin refused to provide a solution when he first approached us.
4. The AC unit started leaking again.
5. The staff lied and accused us of being nasty which wasn't true, we were frustrated that we were not receiving the service we paid for.
Day 4:
1. The bathroom light stopped working.

Our 1st room had bad a/c & fan shacked so bad crystals started falling & braking on floor, moved to room #2; had no TV, room 3 was ok. A/C leaked on bed & soaked pillows, had to pull it 2 ft from wall. shower was not warm & wouldn't drain we had to wait about 1 hour between showers & it over flowed into toilet area and no holder for toilet paper so had to put a cup on floor to set it on, toilet won't flush, pretty water holder but bugs were floating in it, bought water for coffee & teeth.no wash clothes, robes, hotel has no ice for rooms or vending machine, no T.V. in bedroom(bring laptop to watch movies) WIFI very spotty, only in front room & no American channels, lights by bed were broke & there was no plug in to plug into for clock/lights/phone, 1 plug 6 ft up on 1 wall & ceiling light didn't work, only sheets on bed, had to ask for blanket, hangers, hair dryer, iron but no board, coffee pot, You get 1 key for room and our entire door handle came off & had to get it fixed. Pool wasn't working when we got there & when it did it is dirty, cloudy. Couldn't use balcony cuz electrical cables were hanging too close. You have to ring a bell to get in or out of hotel if late at night, there are too many plants, they hit you in stairs, coming out of elevator, roof top, hallways & on every surface in your rooms. People are nice, front desk is great at deflecting/coming up with excuses for things not working. Nury, the breakfast cook, she is the best! I give this hotel a 2 star

Lavender at the front desk was awesome!!!
We were able to park on the street right in front of the hotel.
The bathroom sink top was very wobbly.
