Where do I start!? Front desk staff was rude. All of them. 4 people in my party but only offered two pool cards for towels. If I have 4 people in my room I need 4 towel cards. Every time my other two guests needed towels it was a giant inconvenience for them to do their job. Second I watched a girl about 10 years old get hit and her hair pulled by her gpa. When myself and other guests said something the desk lady blew it off and said since I didn’t know them he was “probably playing” this girl was crying and it was absolutely abuse. The man ended up being arrested so apparently the cops agreed with what I knew I saw. The very last day we were there in the room we experienced a ROACH crawling up the wall. They also played this down saying it was a palmetto bug. It was absolutely not. I killed it and showed them and he still tried to tell me it wasn’t a roach. Also I was upset I wasn’t offered late check out specifically bcuz my booking was thru a 3rd party. There are better places to stay. Avoid this place!

The couch that was in the room as another sleeper was so dirty. I was afraid to sit so we didn’t the floor was so dirty without any shoes or flip-flops, the was so slippery. Felt like you were on a ride. He had to hold onto for gear life in the water pressure. You were lucky you could get soap off your body. You asked for clean towels every day, nobody came to clean the room. We had to cut our vacation short by a day and a half upon checkout I was informed I would not get any type of refund for the day and a half I left open.

It was nice we were just down for the weekend we love this hotel so convenience for everything, I just don't like the 10 am check out other than that things went well.

This is our third time staying at Patricia Grand because we enjoy it so much and it's very affordable. However this visit wasn't what we expected. They are now a pet friendly hotel so everywhere you turn there were dogs barking at each other. The pet policy states small breeds and some breeds are restricted, but that wasn't the case. The room we stayed in was very dirty and nasty. Hair from the previous guest was all over the bathroom floor. The couch had pet hair all over it and when we pulled out the sofa bed, we found chips and juice containers. Housekeeping must have left the sheets from the previous guest on the sofa bed because they were dirty and had yellow stains.

It was clean. The furniture was a little outdated. Price was decent. Its not a terrible place to stay if your looking for clean and decent. The bed was terrible. That was really the only downfall. It felt like sleeping on springs. Great views of the beach. The ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful. If you dont mind dogs its a good place.

Our family stayed here while we attended a cheer competition for my daughter. The room had a beautiful view if the ocean, it was very clean, the beds were so comfy, and the desk staff were very friendly! A bonus for us, was getting to meet all the puppies staying at the hotel while we were there!

We wanted and requested both our rooms on same floor but was told we couldnt due to resort being full. We get there and they had vacancy all weekend. Because i booked through hotels.com i wasnt able to pick our rooms. The other thing i paid a resort fee when we never used their facilities.Also if im paying 100+ per night weshould get maid service covid is over its an excuse to charge more money for less.i shouldnt have to go down to front desk to ask for toilet paper, kleenex,or extra towels. Our pillows were flat and bed was extremely uncomfortable. The door lock situation was pure stupidity they gave me 3 passcodes and after an hour of trying they finally sent.the maintenance man to come and replace lock. Same thing with our other room.
At least the place was clean and it was nice to have a covered parking but be aware the getting in and out is crazy 3 point turns to get in and out several people have hit walls cause their very little room.
One of the few placesi know that allows BIG DOGS with big messes.Barking dogs all night long. If you have a dog that requires a muzzle dont allow any dog

Customer service was great. Exterior signs says "no pets" but facility had just as many dogs as people. Lot of dust in room and old furniture in room. Otherwise, a good stay.

Like the fact that it's dog friendly but I didn't that the on site restaurant (The Indigo) did not seat me and my husband and we had to go somewhere else to eat.

I really enjoyed my stay. The furniture could use an upgrade and the living room television was very frustrating. We really enjoyed the balcony and the view. We will stay here again. The price was great

We enjoyed our stay at the Patricia Grand. We did have a issues getting in the room with the codes that had more than ten digits. We were on a time limit to get in the room. The Patricia Grand no longer uses key cards for the room

The indoor pools were warm. Good at the hotel was priced fairly. Room was clean and in working order. Pillows were a bit stiff, but overall a good experience.

The hotel overall was good. There was a situation with the smoke alarm going off that seemed to have people upset. It is pet friendly, luckily I had a room with no carpet but my sister had a room with carpet, I’d suggest pulling it up. It looks dirty and I know it holds dander. I’d stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Patricia Grand! Our room was very clean, and it was bigger than we anticipated it would be. Some of the features within the room have been updated nicely, beautiful bathroom counter and lighting, and the bed was great. There were some signs of property deterioration, but we're not the kind of people who care about that. So it wasn't a problem for us. The balcony was great with a tremendous view. The staff was so friendly and helpful at all times. We got a great room for a great rate.

Hotel was pleasant enough. Found the phone didn’t work in the room when the front desk called at 12:30am. Followed by the police knocking at the door soon after. Apparently somebody removed the license plate from my car while it was parked in the parking garage. This is quite common and the police routinely tour the Ocean Blvd parking garages.

There was no maid service during our stay, six day stay. It was really embarrassing to have to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper. You had to ask for everything, towels, trash bags, tissues and yes, toilet paper. I asked where I could take the trash, the answer.....just it leave outside your door. The same answer for dirty towels. Our bathroom sink had to be "fixed" twice in order for the water to drain. Believe it or not, the bathroom door needed to be cleaned. Won't be staying again.

Soon as we got to our room we saw a roach. Luckily it was only the 1 roach. The room also had a funky smell. The smell was so loud that I went and bought a mop and cleaning supplies. The floor was filthy omg. Even after I mopped the floor the scent didn’t go away. On a good note the staff was friendly and the restaurant downstairs had good food. Would I stay at Patricia Grand again? It wouldn’t be my first choice.

PLEASE get something else!!! So regret this!!!! I should have read reviews first!! Rooms are dirty, sheets are old, everything is dusty, floors are sticky!! Had to ask someone to wash floors and even after that the napkin was very dirty!! The floors need to be mopped and mopped and mopped and more mopped and mopped again with clean water!!!!!! I had to mop the floors with a wet towel and a broom. Also there was a ROACH on the ceiling as we were heading to sleep!! I don’t even want to close my eyes for the night!! I am disgusted!! Go get something better!! The only positive I could say is the staff was friendly.

I enjoyed the friendly staff, and fast service for whatever needs we had. What is disappointing is the day it rained extremely hard. The ceiling are not solid, so the water poured from the ceiling flooding the lobby and the area where the staffed worked on the computers. All of their equipment was damaged from the water. Also rooms on the second floor and gym was flooded. I'm not feeling safe in this hotel due to the weak infrastructure inside.

The best thing about this property is the coffee shop on the first floor. The barista Jasmine makes a better latte than the Starbucks down the street. The rooms were subpar and housekeeping did a horrible job cleaning them. My brother’s “suite” had a nasty chicken bone and Cheetos on the floor upon arrival, while the pillowcases on one of my beds still had somebody else’s foundation on them. I smelled weed every time I opened one of my balcony doors as people were openly smoking on theirs- the hotel is supposed to be smoke free. The hotel definitely needs to use the money they are making to hire decent cleaning staff and upgrade their rooms. The food at the restaurant was terrible, however the staff was personable and friendly. The parking garage is a nightmare. If you have a larger vehicle you run a great risk of messing your vehicle up as the up and down ramps are extremely narrow and have cement walls on both side- believe the hotel when they say parking is for compact to medium cars…

Two nights before we leave there was cockroach in our room, we inform the front desk the did nothing.

Nice view. But the bed had a sagging spot in the middle and there was no clean towels or coffee were brought to the room. Had very little water pressure in the shower.

Property is VERY old. The room wasn’t updated. Parking is awful. The staff is nice. The breakfast is HORRIBLE. I had no towels in my room and no rags. I had to call room service twice for that.

The room was not ready by 4:00 PM as started. The check out time is 10:00 AM instead of 11:00 AM. Expedia needs to update the check out time on its website. The room is cleaned but not the floor. Need to wear shoes or flip flop.
