The apartment is in a residential area, just blocks from all the exciting treasures that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer... museums, festivals, fireworks, sporting events (and its Beer City designation) have brought in visitors from around the world. Place them on the welcome mat upon entering. • If you are the last one to bed, please don't forget to hit the light switch! :) Thank you for helping to save electricity. :) • Please be mindful and courteous of the neighbors. Maintaining a positive relationship with them is super important to me. :) • Please wash any dishes that you use.
