About this condo rental
Great location with the free shuttle stop right at the bottom of the steps. Walkable or skiable to Assay Hill lift on Snowmass mountain in 5-8 minutes. Rare washer and dryer in the unit. High ceilings and a gas fireplace in the living room with a view of Snowmass mountain. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with a private bathroom which has a tub. The loft has 2 twin beds which is great for kids. Recently remodeled kitchen and new furniture in the dining room and living room. Please note: This condo is on the top floor - up 3 flights of stairs and there is no elevator. The pool/hot tub area is currently closed for renovations. Permit# 051910

The condo was amazing. Great location. 10 min walk to the slopes. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. When we contacted the host, they were very friendly and responded right away. This was definitely a 5 out of 5 experience. Absolutely nothing negative to say. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Overall nice unit. Good kitchen, comfortable beds. It is a bit of an uphill walk (probably 10-15 minutes) to the ski area along a path that is not plowed or shoveled. However, there is a bus that goes regularly.
