When you'd prefer to feel the sun on your skin, the patio is equipped with a gas grill, its own TV, and al fresco dining. Steps from here, the condo's outdoor pool awaits afternoon swims. After taking an invigorating dip, whip up something delicious in the well-appointed kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Walking down the hallway, you'll find the beautiful primary bedroom and its en suite bathroom. The additional rooms are just as comfortable with their soft linens, coastal decor pieces, and central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the magnificent interior amenities. Outside, gaze out at mesmerizing views from the bubbling warmth of the hot tub, or head into town where you'll discover delicious dining options, popular shops, and other fun attractions like Magic Carpet Golf, Moody Gardens, and the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is an additional fee for the resort amenities which varies by season and length of stay. This will be built into your fees at booking. Due to HOA regulations, all guests (even infants) count towards occupancy regardless of age. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Super clean and comfortable. Wonderful amenities! My kids loved the indoor pool and arcade this trip. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and exploring moody gardens and local restaurants!
