You must let us know if you plan on bringing a dog as we perform a deep clean after each guest who had a dog for the safety of future guests. Your dog must be crate trained, taken out to the bathroom regularly, and owner must clean up after their dog. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owners closet) via keypad entry. Getting Around: Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area Other Things to Note: We are pet friendly! Pets are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included/max. Absolutely no parties- Grounds for termination Guest count at the house must be 12 max at any point and time, including daytime guests. There's no hot tub at this property. We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - to abide by our rental terms and conditions. - to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG - the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
