Located in Amsterdam, this charming docked boat for £213 per night is a great option for your next break. Nice and cosy! boat in the Central area. It is an absolutely NON smoking and NON party place. After 22.00 no loud music. From Central station it is 10 min by bus № 22, or 20 min by tram № 14 through the city centre main squares. Short walking/cycling distance from most of the city's main attractions. The central Dam square and old city centre is 20 minutes by foot. It is a 5 minutes to walk to the Tropical museum, Dapper market with a lot of restaurants and small cosy shops, supermarket Albert Hijn is 5 min by foot on Java street. It is a small part of the boat with the owners next door. The boat has: -living room with a two couches, sleeping double sofa and TV -wifi internet connection -bedroom with double bed(bedspread provided), wardrobe -bathroom with shower (towels and soap provided) -in the kitchen there are all the cooking facilities you need including pans, plates, cutlery, cups, tea and coffee -Smoking is NOT allowed on the boat, but you can do it outside.

a really clean apartment which located very close to the city centre or is even part of the city centre. the train passing nearby are acceptable

This is a great boat house to rent if your looking for a more quiet area, which we were..super clean and Peter Jack was very patient due to us arriving early and not knowing the area... would recommend this to others for sure!

Great way to experience Amsterdam from it’s greatest asset, the canals. So peaceful and beautiful looking out on the water with many enterprising feathered friends, including swans swimming up to our windows each morning! What a way to start your day! Highly recommended for a unique and very enjoyable stay!

Never stayed on a houseboat before and would definitely stay at this location again. The houseboat was comfortable, bright and cheery. Big windows that opened up to the water with the occasional duck swimming by. The facilities were in good shape, everything was in good working order. Great TV service. great wifi service. There was a dock where you could take chairs out to sit and have coffee - we didn’t as it was a bit too chilly. And a few times when it was a bit chilly we turned the heat on and the rooms were toasty warm. The only drawback is that the boat is moored very close to the train tracks and every single train (not the city tram, the Train) going into and out of Amsterdam passes by. After the first few we didn’t really notice it so much. We slept with windows open a bit at night and it didn’t wake us. But we are not light sleepers either. So bear that in mind. Also, there is a bit of traffic on the canal but it is so minimal that you almost have complete privacy. There is a great pub at the end of the street, a grocery store nearby, the trams into town are very close as well. We walked into Centraal on more than one occasion. Very walkable city. Would go back in a heartbeat. And would rebook this houseboat. It suited us perfectly.

Lovely house boat, with ducks saying hello, only 20 min on foot to the Nemo science museum. Train passes close by, but you end up not noticing that much. Would recommend, kids loved it!

This was a lovely & unique way to experience Amsterdam. A houseboat on the canal with plenty of room for the 4 of us! Clean, well stocked & great communication. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending & would certainly stay again.
