You are responsible for anything beyond that. * Age restrictions: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding. * Beach towels are not included, please remember to pack your own. * May 15 - Aug 15 is Sat-Sat reservations only. * Parking is free EXCEPT week of Memorial holiday & 4th of July. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Any additional cars can park across the street in overflow lot for $10/day/vehicle. There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.
