Offering an incredible seven bedrooms, this spacious, single-level retreat boasts a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating to make it easy to prep meals for the entire crew. Dine together or play board games at the nearby table, and then settle into the open living area with its plush sectional sofa and streaming-capable TV for watching your favorite channels. Step outside into the enclosed yard and take a refreshing swim in your private pool or settle back on one of the chaise lounges for a relaxing afternoon of reading and sunning. Additional amenities include a desk and chair in case you need to address some remote work while you're away, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. This home was perfect for our large group. We had 4 couples and two kids with room to spare! The house is laid out nicely with plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone. The primary bedroom has a large walk-in closet where we set up a pack-n-play for our baby to sleep in. The kitchen is well-stocked and everything was impeccably clean. They even have kid dishes! We used the washing machine (with the included detergent) and it worked great. The couch is super comfy to lounge on as well. I was initially a little worried about the location, but it turned out to be perfect. The gas station is across a busy street, so no foot traffic from that. The public beach access is just 2 blocks away. We didn’t use the pool due to the rainy weather during our stay, but it looked lovely and the patio looked nice too. There is an alarm on the back door to prevent kids from wandering out to the pool (there is no fence around it once you are outside). If you have kids, I would maybe consider bringing blackout shades. There are blinds on the windows but lights from the streets still came through to some of the rooms. Didn’t bother us as adults, but sensitive sleepers may want a little extra coverage to block those out.

The house is a good choice if you have a large family or planning a multigenerational vacation. The 7 bedrooms, 4 baths, and large common areas were great. The private pool and short walk to the beach was also wonderful. There is also a collection of chairs and floaties for those that did not bring any. Cleaning prior to our stay was subpar. There was trash under beds and many dusty surfaces (if these things were missed, what else might not be clean?). The 2 trash cans outside were not emptied prior to us arriving and I had to contact Vacasa multiple times to get this resolved. Outside there is some needed maintenance to some of the patio around the pool (tripping/safety hazard) and there were ants present. The house being next to Thomas Drive also made for noisier nights (especially on weekends) due to traffic. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but likely would not book this house again.

This house is in a great location with plenty of space for large groups and families. But with this great location that is right on a main highway you will have constant street noise and sirens. Not unbearable but definitely noticeable. The house was very clean. The only issue would be the few ants we found around the house but we had bug spray. The pool was very nice but there were a few dead bugs that we wanted to get out with the pool net but it had a hole in it. Lastly the trash cans outside were full when we came and it still had not been picked up even when we left the home. We had to stack our trash around the trash cans for 4 days and the smell was really bad. But even with these small issues we would definitely rent this home again because of the space and location. We enjoyed this home!

It is a beautiful house with the perfect layout for multiple families, but had furnishings that were already falling apart, not put together correctly or dented/scratched. We did have a few issues with the house that they had to send people out to fix which was slightly annoying and some issues that were never resolved. My biggest complaint was that two of the beds were so squeaky that you couldn’t move at all without making a ton of noise which made sleeping difficult and annoying. They also had odds and ends and parts of fixtures all over the pantry that we had to try and move in order to have room to put our groceries. The location is on the less crowded end of town and is only a 3-5 minute walk to the beach which was great. It is however right off a busy road that could be very noisy at night. The pool was was a little chilly but was nice to have and they sent out people to clean it every couple of days which was a nice surprise. Overall I really liked the house and if they could get a few issues fixed I wouldn’t mind staying there again!
